Can we please in all that is holy move from that phase and give jodha some insightful dialogues. Tube Light Jodha the problem is staring right in the face, it is like you see thief in your house but you can't remember who stole everything.

Her laadoo was supposed to make an insaan out of a haivaan. But she has made a listless jobless aashiq out of an able emperor! And this aashiq has nothing to do nowadays other than gaze at the sun and the moon and take up his SriRanga Ranganathar pose on the diwans of Agra palace! His latest motto seems to be

Everything is back to Amer mode. Jalal teasing a gussa gussa Jodha . Last time, after the tiger attack, he said 'itni badi gustakhi, itni choti sazaa' and then started teasing his gustaakh. So everytime he declares that he is going to punish or revenge, we can be sure that he is going to turn mischievous.😳 That's all. Even when is pushed on the floor or to a tiger.

It would have suited the flow if Jalal had casually made advances and Jodha had softly and firmly refused and then Jalal wanted to make her realize her feelings.

But the night scene was a very strong one, where emotions were shown to be very very high-strung. After all that, if Jalal is shown to go back to mode Amer where he can only irritate his fussy begum, it doesn't make sense. Either they should have down-played the rejection scene or built up a strong continuity to it.

At present Salima, Rahim and Adham Khan are the only consistent characters that make sense. HB is also consistent (except for a few minutes in virtual baby track) in her 'Om Jodhaya Namaha' , but doesn't make sense.

btw, was that senior sipahi Jalal's agent placed to monitor ben? Just a thought. I'm still weary to trust this Jalal's efficiency after the tasnim track.

(But Hakim Mirza is supposed to be 11 yrs younger than Akbar, isn't he. So 11-12 yrs at the time of the story)

As for the entire insult Jodha / make Jodha J drama - I have already given my take on that in 2 different posts of my own and as various comments on various threads.

As for TE's feelings of insult and his anger about 'THE NIGHT' - TE is a man who is quick to anger but is also one who regains his balance very fast - I had mentioned this too in another post that when he went to meet MA after Jodha's SKL (stree ki lalsa) bhashan he was very agitated but by the time his convo ended with MA on that letter, uski saari hawa nikal gayi thi - almost as if he had realised something right there about the letter, Jodha and MA and it was the new Khaas Tohfa - Benny babes - who brought him back to this world whith a 'WT... Who is she and Why is she here' look.

But TE has not forgotten anything - neither 'THE NIGHT' nor 'His Insult' - The million dollar Q is what he thinks of 'His Insult' which is still hidden and as for 'THE NIGHT' and Jodha's response to it - this was presented in the Wednesday epi - which was all about Nazariya and Drishtikon and TE telling his Chudail - why dont you see things frm my POV!!!

As I have said - the makers have invested a lot in putting together a fantastic characterisation for TE and they are on the flow to making this the number 1 show - and this will never be achieved by making TE look like an idiot who can be easily led by the likes of MA - especially when they have given dialogues of TE's faith in his Ameri Mirchi - If they were changing writers constantly there was scope for inconsistency but their writers, for screenplay and dialogue, have been the same throughout.

And to make this the number 1 show they have to tread a new path yet present it with the old packaging - warna jitne audience hain unhe hi kho denge.

I believe currently they are working on the layers of Jodha who till now was very unidimensional with her "GRIHNA" mode.

Remember in the last track there were clear indications that he suspected her and we all wrote essays on his great brain finally working overtime to figure her out and trap her but alas all our great conspiracies went tel lene. but now again to think along the same lines is pointless only because writers won't let that happen. so for now we just have to assume jalal will be dense about MA forever till the story wants to off her. so ek theer se chaar nishana. well again all this would be dream like if only the writers had enough imagination to think of an elaborate plot.
