What this highlights is that under jodha's tutelage jalal has become a perfect doormat that anyone can stomp on. Except for an occasional 'khaamosh', THIS jalal hardly resembles the Jalal we all knew and loved.

Even cheapos can trick him.

He creates political problems rather than solve them.

He cant solve even simple problems without his ladies'help.

He is treated casually with contempt even by fankaars. (Never mind their superior fan)

He looks confused or saintly most of the time and love-struck during the rest.

This is no more the story between jodha, the fiery princess and Akbar, the great.

This has become the story between jalal, the perplexed and jodha, the great.

To the extent that I have heard of Tansen, he has been an incomparable musician and singer, very humble and courteous who declared that his music was nothimg compared to his guru haridas' music.

But here his attitude seems different.

Seems the disclaimer covers him as well.

It is even possible that jodha begum will teach him manners and transform him from haivaan to insaan as well.

Also folklore says he married Akbar's daughter Mehrunissa.

But here Tansen is grown up and none of Akbar's children are even born!!

Don't think he could've married Akbar's daughter, the time frames don't match at all!

True, Mr. Ramtanu Pandey looked like a dandy with his taan pura instead of a stick or umbrella. Wasn't his face over caked with compact ? And by the way the peacock dance was a show off act to mark his grand entry into Akbar's durbaar. He was playing Raag Malhaar and the poor little animated peacock got confused that it was about to rain and hence the dance 😆 but as long as he's playing Cupid with his love songs , usko sab maaf hai 😃

He's openly insulting the "sabse bade Samraat Hindustaan mein" as his own King says, and he is actively being praised for it!!

uff , that peacock dance, 😆😆, what was that?? only one peacock,, 😆. and it was looking as it was few inches up from the ground,walking on air, btw was he playing malhar?? I didn't hear M of Malhar, 😆..there was not even a single note of any rag ragini the tansen played or the musicians of jalal's courts were playing,,😉😆,even the tambura playing was a big show off,, couldn't they play a CD of tambura/or any other instrument in background just to give it a realistic look..😆

Did you see the way he randomly insulted the musicians at the entrance 😆 who does that? 😆

And he was singing better than Paagal Pandu-jee anyway 😆!

Atleast he was looking like he was singing 😆 😆

And look at Jalal, so lost in anticipation and so BESABAR about the coming night and so oblivious to all ,that even his high-headed behaviour is like music to him. All is fair in love and war 😉 😃 😆
