If Jalal puts a clause to law abt the previous child marriages happen

I'm guessing that Jalal would put forward this law along with a clause which might mention abt the child marriages happened till date. " If the woman/girl was married in young age and if she is not happy now wid her husband she can go ahead with divorce". He can put forward to people tht he was also a young boy when he married Ruq and now she is no more small girl and if she is unhappy wid there marriage, he is ready to give the divorce. Def, Ruq will never say that. Tht wy Ja-Ruq marriage is saved and also AK will be stopped as law will be passed.

I seriously want CV's to come up with some meaningful end to this AK issue. I hope they don't disappoint us.

Any law can be applicable from the date it ours issued..
CVs are unnecessarily creating drama here..
If its applicable to past cases also its not possible to make all the past child marriages through our the country to ban...
Seems so rubbish...
