Hehe...i thnk he would come it with same witty mind again...like 1st loose it n then again gain it...like that fort thng...he would 1st of all declare about divorcing rukku...stop devil n that gals marriage...n then remaay rukku...as marrying now would be lawfully correct...no controversies...hehe just my thought!!! 😆 😳 😆

Din u not listen to AK-MA conversation carefully?...Jalal can't marry Ruq after giving her divorce until Ruq gets married to someone else & spends some time with her new husband & then her husband gives her divorce...

After divorce Ruqayya have to marry someone else, live with him for 3 months to get the divorce then only she can get back to Jalal...more than all these issues its a big insult for her.

Jalal can't divorce her. It will bring more complications as Ruqs will need to marry another man and when he divorces her only then Jalal can remarry her. That would very degrading. 😔

This type of law can't change what happened in the past only can be implemented from the present day ..though it is stupid if they want to change the past there is no need for divorce as their marriage is invalid..if she is not divorced there is no need to follow above procedure ..they both can marry .
