Jalaal did agree to marry Jodha, when he clearly knows she Hates him and want to see his death.. But Jalaal clearly agree for this marriage to take revenge on Jodha.. Jodha has to agree for marriage even though Bharmal, gave a word, her brother and Ameer sake. But Jodha put forword her 2 conditions, so it means clearly Jodha agree for marriage if the 2 conditions are fulfilled and Jalaal agreed her conditions, so Jodha has to agree for the marriage, as she has given her word of acceptance by putting the conditions fulfillment.

Whereas Adham is marrying for lust while Tasneem got nothing from him, only her parents are getting money.

Somewhrere even though Adham-Jalaal look the same trying to get marry the girl they want, here Jalaal didn't force himself Jodha, while Adham will force Tasneem, as it is purely lust for him..

i don't know yaar.I read this somewhere on folktales , and mentioned it.I had dismissed it as a myth, but now Abhay is making me curious to get to the bottom of this. 😆 Real MUZ was one hell of a daring woman than if this myth is true.😆😆O god hope, I have not evoked a hot debate in the forum.😆 Maham deserves more chappals.😆

Hi ,
I too never heard or Read abt that Attack...😆 U see, sometimes , people get carried away by imagination and indignation abt a certain issue which gives rise to weird stories...Hence...One again I request everyone who is reading or searching for Truth...Pls use common sense and discretion while trying to reach some real conclusion...!!😊

Abt the marriage proposal, I must say , that from the a/cs and folklore taken together, I personally feel that the decision was a mutual one , I mean both parties came half way each to make the deal...and Chughtai Khan was the catalyst here...Akbar was a mastermind and a man preferring Strategic Alliances over Mindless Bloodbath and Bharmal too wanted to save his family and subjects...hence Chughtai Khan's role was that of a catalyst between two highly reactive parties which if not mixed properly could have created Havoc...And we know that the Flag-holder always deserves a better position than the followers...😊
The other so-called marriages though, were simply fear invoked decisions by the rulers themselves rather than Akbar asking for marriage forcefully...as he was satisfied by the Ranthambore treaty also , not to mention Rewa as well...So , if filling his harem with the ladies was the sole purpose of Akbar, he wouldn't have spared these states at all...😊

Regards,
Kamal
