Today's episode was a touching one..one thing that stayed with me was Jalal's honesty throughout..Hamida explained to him the deeper meaning of being loved by his own people..one could clearly say he was overwhelmed..he was honest enough to declare that Jo's gift was the best ever!Jalal-Jo convo was beautiful..especially the last two dialogues you mentioned..she was truly happy to know he wanted her around all his life! And she brought out the kind-hearted human being hidden within the Shehenshah..❤️Jalal was again honest with Ruqu and told her he sees a friend in Jo..I liked that.Adham needs to die..he deserves nothing better😡

I have not watched the epi as usual... but from wat u wrote I only have one question was it proper to compare gifts 😲...2. theres a saying no matter wat the gifts are, big or small, the thoughts that matters ... just to make Jodha gift better, ruqaiyya gift was given 2nd place...😲...n I think its done openly in front of all no wonder ruqaiyya is 😡...3. im still waiting for upcoming kiss, hug, heavy breathing n SR4. Ela & all protest is cancel, gift was revealed yday 😆

My eyes would've gone blind seeing that gold studded outfit😆😆😆 Jokes apart, it was the thought that mattered and it was a good gift from Ruqu...The thing that I noticed about Ruq's gift is that she is actually taking the Shahenshah away from everything and everybody else and into his own self-importance. The gold clothes were like a mega re-affirmation of his own power, his grandeur, his conquests ... it was overwhelmingly about himself!So it was not like Ruq gave a simple gift either. Her gift was all about ego-massage, which was absolutely the contrary position to being a King with an outward focus, leaving behind all pompous self image! If Ruq was thus trying to draw him back into his own audha, she was doing active disservice to his psyche, not just giving a gift!Jodha's gift invoked the responses we all anticipated. No surprises there..Also like I pointed yesterday too early for the "Akbar" title but what I liked was the way they portrayed this step by Jalaal marked the beginning og him becoming someone great.While Ruqqu wanted him to shine...outward, Jodha wanted his inner self to shine...Marked difference in their thinking.The subtle acknowledgement from Jalaal to Jodha when Hamida pointed out to him the gift's worth was nice!😉Jalaal asking her to sit next to him😉...Souls like me would've liked it a bit more if in that scene we got to see a little something xchange between the two...But whatever...It looks like the creatve team know where they are heading... Oh well Minor point..It looks like we are going to see more of Adham-Tasneem bit in the next few episodes...But lets see how the new chapter of the jo-ja life goes... I guess I need to reset the expectation of wanting to see some raw emotions flowing between the two now ...It looks like it will be sometime before that happens...Nothing to stop me from living those raw emotions in my own imagination till then.
