He told her what he does know for a fact. That she is his childhood & best friend & that no one & no one can ever take her place. 😳 And I adored Jalal for that.

I would've think much less of him if he decided to renounce Ruqaiyya just because of his love for Jodha.

leave alone us, even jodha will be unable to respect a man who would replace his childhood best friend's place at a drop of hat coz someone else came into his life...that would belittle him so much...why does jodha have to ever take ruqaiyya's place...she will be making her own cozy little place in his life as Suvi so aptly stated..their own heaven it will be...

i can understand your frustration ...but we have to accept that ruqaiyya and salima will be a part of his life and this love story forever sometimes good sometimes bad but a part they will be of Jalal and Jodha both

he has to realise what he feels for jodha and when he will realise he will be honest with ruqaiyya and jodha both ...relationships will change ,issues will arise but then that is drama...triangles always work if handled properly ...no worries ...

he does not understand any other emotion beyond friendship at present hence he has labelled her as his friend...he does not understand what he feels for her ...when he realises it everything will be crystal clear...and true that jodha will not ever take ruqaiyya's place...she herself will not want it even if offered on a platter...she will carve her own special place ...
