That was NOT a cavalry rank of 12,000. (I told 2-3 pages back that having a rank is different.)😊

But 12,000 cavalry were stationed under HB by Akbar when he proceeded out of Agra.

You have yourself given the answer in blue. It was NOT a rank. Since, Akbar was leaving , so a cavalry numbering 12,000 was assigned, by Akbar. 😊 Don't bring MUZ here.😉
