As seen in the precap - Jodha spits out her hatred towards Jalal but Jalal doesn't retort back.

I think, Jalal has got to know the truth & that's why keeping mum while Jodha expresses her hatred. He has called Jodha to the 'Tulaa Daan' area to return her ring as well as disclose that they both were tangled in a misunderstanding.

Most probably Salima will fall ill - the same Hakim will diagnose her & declare her pregnant - that's when Salima will say that she took a sip of that milk & suspected that there was someone in the royal kitchen. That's when Jalal will understand that Jodha drank the same liquid which led to pregnancy symptoms.

Not so soon - Jodha is gonna behave like she doesn't have ears - Jalal will try to say something but she will turn 180 degrees & march back to her room. 😆
