this only shows the amount of comfort or closeness he had with amer people,

not at all...i mean nt addicted..
it was recorded by various european travellers..who visited him...

opium cultivation was started towards the end of akbar's reign..

I know abt those incidents...😃 and also know abt certain kinds of conversations MUZ used to have with her Hubby...and the Naaz-Nakhre she used to actually show...😆 U too will probably come across the accounts while rummaging through Amer Archive...And also signs of the intensity of their relation...😃
U see, she passed on these traits to one of her offsprings too...!!😉
