as reading the article i got some thing in my mind that may be

3-it may be HB test

3-it may be that jhoda is lieing of pergency

4-MM may not do and she also think that akbar did with her .

5- it may be like without testing she may get misunderstand akbar and after kawaj shera see she may say no she is not pregnant as she have travel lot that why it her weakness
