Beautiful, beautiful thoughts!👏👏👏
The parts I especially resonate with are that Ruq is saying Jodha will soon sit in a corner waiting for Jalal who will never reappear in her bedroom at nights ... but that's just what Ruq fears for herself, isn't it? That she herself may become that discard and that too without audha?
I also loved what you wrote about Jalal and Jodha both looking for a "real family" and thus finding each other!
And regarding the pregnancy track, I realise that there will be many different theories and opinions on this subject and my own idea is just one of the many possibilities. So let's wait and see ...

Hi Mansi, Great Analysis.

Right now I am tied up totally and hence will touch only the pregnancy track here as of now.
Whether you agree withme or not, but I can't even think even in my worst mental state that Hamida can plant this false news about Jodha's pregnancy without discussing the issue with both Jalal and Jodha. Hamida had earlier witnessed how agree Jalal was when he realised on eof his Begum became pregnant when he had not visiste dher for several months and he was about kill that Begum for the trechery. So Hamida will not take that risk with Jodha's future that too when she is hoping to get teh heir for Sultanate from Jodha's womb. So if this news about fake pregnancy was let lose by Hamida, then she would have informed them about the same and might give an ultimatum to both to make it true as it is teh question of their izzat. She might call both of them together or seperately and tell them that to supress rather bury the religious issue hanging on Jalal's head, she has only one option that is to have the royal heir from Jodha's womb and she will go ahead and float the news of Jodha's pregnancy. It is up to them to make it hakikat or declare to the whole world that they are not man and wife in reality. With this she might force them to consumate their marriage.
2nd option is Ruqaiya: Ruqaiya can possibly float this fake news to gain back her Jalal who is attarcted to Jodha off late. NOw that she knows Jalal had not even touched Jodha, if she floats the news of JOdha being Pregnant, Jalal's anger for sure will ignite and in his anger he might either banish Jodha or even take the extreme step to behead her for her guna. Ruq can fill his ears with ideas like Jodha had someone in her life and that is the reason why she didn't allow him to even touch her despite him helping her and her family with assured generosity etc. As we know, Jalal can take anything but back stabing and if it comes from Jodha of whom he thinks as a stright forward person, he willbreak down and in that state he will be impossible to think rationally. So Ruq can have him back to her and Jalal's new found heart will have the massive attack with Jodha's pregnancy news.
I don't think Maham will do anything with the false news as she strongly believs that Jalal & Jodha have consumated the marriage on teh stormy night the forest tent.
My major suspect is that what if the news is let loose by the most talked about couple Jodha and Jalal, to track down the culprit & reasons for the religious break down also to check the possibility of attack on the embreyo yet again so that they can get to the root of the MC track. Also Jalal might be interested in checking reactions from various people like his begums, his mother, his religious people, his ministers etc.

Jaya, that possibility never occurred to me that Jodha-Jalal may themselves spin this pregnancy yarn. Wow, that too is a possibility! Hmmm ... we now have as many theories as there are members on this forum!😆😆😆

I m loving to see the flourishing relationship amidst JJ.."payel" scene was lovely but i expected to see jalal puts payel on jodha's ankle..well, i didn't get it but i m sure jalal will put stolen anklet of jodha that he did when their luv will bloom fully.
Who is behind this new pregnecy twist more than this, the important issue to me is this twist shouldn't make again any bitter hatred relationship amidst JJ which is almost wiping frm their relationship.

Yes exactly, why is Jalal so anxious to get from Ruq's mouth that she is jealous?😲

Hi,
loved everything u wrote in your post but as for hamida bano taking Jodha's test ...I seriously think that it will not be as complicated as u mentioned. I think it would be a simple test of arranging a dewaali arrangement in the Harem...Like lighting the palce with diyas and flowers...Why am saying that because we did see some sbb or sbs segment on pari doing some dewaali arrangement with flowers and she also talked about her wish that Moughals liked it.

Hmmm ... I somehow think there's more to this test! let's see!😲

I am absolutely delighted with the positive air you breathe in to your writing...I also see people critiquing the show just for the sake of it rather than giving a positive slant to the same..To them,I want to say that the detailing in this show has been excellent..AS somebody who has read quite a few book on this dynasty ,I can applaud the team for getting their dates right and all the dramatic elements are added as interpreted by the writer of the show..so the interpretation can be critiqued but only after we all try to understand what it tries to convey rather than drawing our own conclusions.there have been slip-ups on the etiquette followed by royalty but I can forgive the creatives that as if these rigidly followed on the show ,would lead it to become a documentary rather than a soap..

manasi,I loved the way you repose your faith in the creatives rather than being lead in by sentimentality ..I wanted to add some snippets of original history to this thread ,if you really wish me to..

about the pregnancy furore in the forums,I can only request the viewers to let cv's tell their story ..after that ,If they really feel that the track is distasteful, then they can be vociferous with their protests rather than doing it at the present juncture

Lizzy, I am awesomely happy that you endorse my positivity. I have from the beginning decided to enjoy the show, whatever it may bring.
I also wanted to stay clear of character-bashing because it becomes an addiction. You find that people start with that when the characters and story are still evolving ... and then they cannot stop themselves from continuing that bashing even after the story becomes better and better, thus spreading a bitter taste throughout the watching experience for everyone.
Also bashing the characters for their flaws, when everyone knows they are merely saying the lines that the Creatives give them, seems such a waste of energy!
Lizzy, I am not too strong on the history, and I read so many versions of it that I'd love it absolutely if you could maybe start a thread on this aspect and give us the balanced version. Not just the background, but as the events on the episodes allow, seeing the balanced historical context would be wonderful!

The payal scene and FB was adorable...loved that scene the most. It beats me as to what these two discussed the whole night,I hope it was not about the sun, moon and stars😆
The last scene with Jalal asking them not to mix politics and religion and Jo praising him was a great scene too..
Moti is a true JJ fangal...I love her teasing smiles to Jo😆
Jo needs to learn what to speak and to whom,it was too stupid of her to blurt out every single thing to Cheapu...it's going to cost her dearly in future🥱
And Jalal is inviting trouble too,he is being friendly and casual with Ruku and not taking it seriously at all..whatever be the case it would have definitely hurt her and I don't understand his desperate need to know if she is jealous
I still feel it's Ruku doing the preggo crap..especially after the precap. I still hope the whole thing doesn't happen at all..that would be best..

Okay so far I have said Hamida is the one behind the pregnancy, Jaya has said it could even be Jodha-Jalal themselves, you have said Ruq ... by the evening we will all have named everybody ... oh God, this is just driving me crazy with suspense!😆😆😆

The only possible reason for Jalal to press on Ruqaiya's feelings toward Jodha were only because never ever earlier Ruqaiya would have discussed any of his other Begums with him the way she discussed, bitched about JOdha. More over, She has been defeated by Jodha in her own game plan of Chess, JOdha had come out with clean chit during ruqaiya's MC track, JOdha had been chosen by destiny to accompany him to Ajmeir dargha when Ruqaiya had anticipated that she would be the one. Despite the fact that JOdha was the reson for Tiger attack, instead of punishment she got all the praising for her divine herbs. Though Jalal was suffering from sickness, fatigue, he chose to travel with Jodha to Amer while ruqaiya declared that he will not go. Added to that he chosoe to handover his most beloved fort to Jodha's sister as marriage gift.
So here none of these 2 had given this much scope to any of his otehr begums and hence he wants to know how ruqaiya feels about Jodha as he can see some insecurities in her behaviour
