Whether you agree withme or not, but I can't even think even in my worst mental state that Hamida can plant this false news about Jodha's pregnancy without discussing the issue with both Jalal and Jodha. Hamida had earlier witnessed how agree Jalal was when he realised on eof his Begum became pregnant when he had not visiste dher for several months and he was about kill that Begum for the trechery.So Hamida will not take that risk with Jodha's future that too when she is hoping to get teh heir for Sultanate from Jodha's womb. So if this news about fake pregnancy was let lose by Hamida, then she would have informed them about the same and might give an ultimatum to both to make it true as it is teh question of their izzat. She might call both of them together or seperately and tell them that to supress rather bury the religious issue hanging on Jalal's head, she has only one option that is to have the royal heir from Jodha's womb and she will go ahead and float the news of Jodha's pregnancy. It is up to them to make it hakikat or declare to the whole world that they are not man and wife in reality. With this she might force them to consumate their marriage.
2nd option is Ruqaiya: Ruqaiya can possibly float this fake news to gain back her Jalal who is attarcted to Jodha off late. NOw that she knows Jalal had not even touched Jodha, if she floats the news of JOdha being Pregnant, Jalal's anger for sure will ignite and in his anger he might either banish Jodha or even take the extreme step to behead her for her guna. Ruq can fill his ears with ideas like Jodha had someone in her life and that is the reason why she didn't allow him to even touch her despite him helping her and her family with assured generosity etc. As we know, Jalal can take anything but back stabing and if it comes from Jodha of whom he thinks as a stright forward person, he willbreak down and in that state he will be impossible to think rationally. So Ruq can have him back to her and Jalal's new found heart will have the massive attack with Jodha's pregnancy news.
I don't think Maham will do anything with the false news as she strongly believs that Jalal & Jodha have consumated the marriage on teh stormy night the forest tent.
My major suspect is that what if the news is let loose by the most talked about couple Jodha and Jalal, to track down the culprit & reasons for the religious break down also to check the possibility of attack on the embreyo yet again so that they can get to the root of the MC track. Also Jalal might be interested in checking reactions from various people like his begums, his mother, his religious people, his ministers etc.
