Today I'm going to take sides not because I'm a Jalaal fangirl but because Jodha genuinely annoyed me a bit. Anybody who saw her yesterday watching Jalaal try to tame the elephant with her heart in her throat will know she is lying about not caring what happens to Jalaal. I guess she is not ready to show her emotions to her husband which is forgivable. Jalaal's outburst is also forgivable because how long can he continue to be sweet and gentle when there is no response from the other side. In his book, he is taking steps to change their relationship but there is no reciprocation. And everything that he said, even in anger, was nothing but the truth. Jalaal cannot be impulsive like Jodha. He cannot go jumping into lakes and such. As a shahenshah every step he takes has to be carefully thought out because it not only affects him but so many other people. But how does Jodha respond to this lesson about careful thinking and the situational disadvantages of impulsiveness? With her I-pity-you speech. That speech was quite stupid and made no sense. It did not seem like a Rajput princess talking. Jalaal as the King has to endure such consequences of occupying the throne. It is not just a Mughal thing. Any King, Indian or European, hindu or muslim, has to be prepared for such consequences - being surrounded by enemies and sinister plots and attempts on their lives is a way of life for Kings. Jalaal does not own exclusive rights over that distrust of those around him. So the whole I pity you shiz did not make sense to me personally. I mean is Amer and Bharmal safe from all? What about her brother Sujamal? Is he not fighting for the throne? How is that different?
Moving on, the scene with Jalaal and the little princesses was adorable as usual! How can Jodha continue to think badly of a man who is so sweet to her little sisters?!
I loved the Hamida-MA scene. Hamida quietly and firmly put MA in her rightful place. She once again proved exactly how a Queen should behave. Although it is ironic that she advised a cunning and calculative MA to think with her mind and not her heart!
It was an interesting episode and Rajat was perfect in the Jalaal outburst scene. Paridhi looked very pretty in her mehendi outfit.

Aap magician ho kya...how nicely u interpret the hidden meaning of each scene/dialogue..👏...I just saluate u...every night I eagarly wait for ur post...I read it but I am too lazy to comment...😆...par aaj socha comment kar hi dun...today again Jodha is everyone's topic of debate...even I din like her for a second when she said she din care for Jalal & Jalal looked so heart...u r right she cares for him but the fact is known to her sub-conscious mind...but consciously why should she show that she care for the person she HATE..?(I really liked the use of these two words in ur post - conscious and sub-conscious mind, so I m gonna use them too 😊)...she is too egoistic to admit the fact...remember Jalal was the same earlier...he used to say openly he hated her...its only after Jodha's attempt to suicide & his confession why he hates her, he took out all his hatred and his feeling softened for her. Remember the Meena bazar scene Jalal looked upset as Jodha was going back to Amer but at that time even he was too egoistic to admit this fact...but after Jodha saved his life he began to accept his feelings...that's why he told Ruq that he luved Jodha...though it was a joke according to him...but the joke was for his conscious mind...subconsciously he confessed his luv for jodha😳...now he has begun to think that Jodha cares for him aur ho bhi kyun na...kitna khayal rakhti hai Jalal ka jab dekho jab marhum lagati rehti hai...yahaan tak ki uska zama utar kar bhi marhum lagane se koi aitraaz nahi hai use..😉...Jodha's outlook is changing for Jalal but she's not admitting it..I hope after this marriage Jodha will openly accept her feelings for Jalal...😃

Wonderful post Vicky..Jodha asked Jalal whats the use of being the emperor if he cant even trust his own shadow..My question to Jodha is whats the use of blushing and secretly caring about Jalal if you don let him no that you care..No i don expect her to love Jalal and fall into his arms..The least she can do is not show such obvious hatred and lash out at every given opportunity..We know Jodha cares but how is Jalal supposed to know? Honestly, there is a limit to being egoistic..Jalal has been so well behaved off late and all that he gets in return is bards and taunts..The best part is that he doesn't even hold a grudge against her and goes back to secretly fangirling over her dancing skills..Like really..Take a break and think through your actions Jodha begum..There is a limit to testing someone's patience..There was absolutely no need for her to make it absolutely clear that she acres a damn about his safety and all she bothers about is her sister's wedding..This when she actually cares and the only purpose of these explicit declarations to to annoy Jalal..It was so obvious Jalal was hurt..The only reason Jalal keeps asking her whether she cares about him every single time is with the hope that she'l refute his belief and spell it out that she acres..But no, she has to make an ego issue and prove him wrong..Am really sorry Vicky but my heart goes out to Jalal..Am probably being prejudiced but i just cant understand Jodha's thought process😕 I loved how Jalal gave it back to her towards the end..And then all she does is smirk and leave?😆 Please be the mature person and understand where he is coming from Jodha..You are not doing him a favor by staying in this marriage..You are equally lucky to have this guy as your hubby😡😆
