BK and salima returned to MALWA...MALWA had been gifted by SHEHENSHAH HUMAYUN's father to his cousin brother for his loyalty and support shown by him...he had been crowned shehenshah by his own right,and his riyasat did not fall under the mughal empire...after humayun's fathers death ,the king of malwa still maintained loyalty and support for humayun,but his wife and his son detested humayun;s influence on the king,and in an attempt to gain the throne had the king killed...no one suspected them of foul play bcoz they acted the part of the grieving son and widow to the T,but humayun was no fool...he had started suspecting that something was wrong and he had then send BAIRAM KHAN who was an apprentice with the royal physician of the mughal sultanat ,to work as a physician in malwa and as an under cover agent for humayun...even though BK would send regular reports of all kinds of trechary malwa's queen mother and her son would commit against the mughal sultanat ,humayun was tied by his fathers promise to not take back malwa under any circumstance,but humayun made sure that he made counter measures for all the treachery commited by the new king...ADHAM KHAN being the DAFT person that he was could never get himself out of humayuns mechanisations and MAHAM ANGA was left with a tiny empire and a fool of a son and daughter-in-law...the only source of happiness for her was her granddaughter SHEHZADI RUQAIYYA SULTAN...for her MAHAM ANGA could go to any lengths...
