Is Jalal trying to hold her hand when she is putting the lep is it that's why they show the hand holding scene from the marriage ??
Like a flash back she remembers the last time he held her hands or good heavens not sure if is am watching it too many times

Enjoy promo!!! but not worry about what is happening there...because the promo scene will not be shown as it is...promo is symbolic ... she will definitely nurse him but scene will surely be different... both of them are in changed outfits now.
