you won't exactly find their love story anywhere as such.. you can just go to google books and read about akbar.. there are many books on mughals.

If you click on titles on the ^^ link you'll find akbarnama and ain i akbari..

Hi,

I have been a history hons student and Mughal histry was one of my fav topics.

the most authentic books of Akbar's times are the Akbarnama (has 3 volumes, 3rd one is known as ain-e-akbari) and Muntakhab-ut-Tawarikh. both series were written during that era and thus sheds very little light on Akbar's pesonal life and wifes.

Many authours and film makers have projected their own point of view regarding Akbar's personality, life and personal life.

Recently i was reading a series of novels 'Empire of the Moghuls' by Alex Rutherford.

It is a series of 5 book:

1. Raiders from the North (about Babur)

2. Brothers at War (about Humayun)

3. Ruler of the World (about Akbar)

4. The Tainted throne (about Jahangir)

5. The Serpent's Tooth (about Shah Jahan)

These books have been beautifully written and give a 360 degree view of the lives of mughal emperors. However these books also talk abt the ruthless side of these emperors.

WARNING: due to lack of info on Akdha relations, the author has given his point of view on their relationship. so, if u r a die-hard Akdha fan...u might not want to read it.
