Is she not in the room...His heart stopped!! .. He himself had asked everyone to stay out..
He had ignored Jodha!! A lone tear rolled down his eyes!

Part 32 :

Ruqaiya and Khwaja Shera were all ready for his reaction.

He immediately turned and looked out for Jodha, but she was not in the tent. He felt an electric shock.

As soon as he tried to go out of the room to call Jodha, Ruqaiya played her next move.

Ruqaiya cried - Ahhh!! Khwaja Shera humein bacha lijiye.. Hum jeena chahte hain..Hum Jodha Begum se Muafi mangna chahte hain.Humne unka bahut dil dukhaya tha...Jalal...(She called to him.)

Jalal ordered of the maids to call Jodha Begum and he himself went to Ruqaiya.

Ruqaiya and Khwaja Shera were delighted. Their plan was succesfully implemented.

** Ruqaiya's FB **

At the time of Midnight, She talked about her evil plans to Khwaja SHera, who also hated Jodha.
Khwaja Shera brought 3 snakes from nearby Jungle and just placed them near the window.

She immediately gave non-toxic medicine to Ruqaiya which would raise her body temperature temporarily.
Once they were ready with the set-up, Ruqaiya started her drama and cried loud so that Jalal would come there.

Everything was falling in place. Jalal had seen the snakes crawling out of window, thereby mistaking them to be the reason for Ruqaiya's condition.

Jalal moved towards Ruqaiya and hugged her again - Ye tum kaisi baatein kar rahi ho Ruqaiya? Tumhe kuch nahi hoga...
Hum tumhe kuch nahi hone denge..

Here on other side, The bandhi entered Jodha's Khema to call her. Jodha was sitting alone on the king-sized bed.

Bandhi - Pranam Mallika ! Shahenshah ne aapke liye bulava bheja hai..

Jodha (lost in her thoughts) - Jee ! Hum abhi kaate hain..

Bandhi left.

Jodha self talked - Humein bulava bheja hai? lekin kyon? Pehle to andar aane nahi diya?
Aur ab bulava bheja hai? Hum nahi jaayenge.. Yahin baithkar Kanha se RUqaiya Begum ke liye dua karenge.

Here, Jalal broke the hug and made Ruqaiya lay down on bed. Her face had turned fully red due to high fever.

Ruqaiya was waiting for Jodha to come, so that she can further instigate her.

Khwaja Shera again asked Jalal to turn away, so that she could continue her treatment.

Jalal turned away, He was fully lost in Jodha's thoughts. How can he do this to her? SHe was not only his wife, but also his love, his life.
He knew he had done a grave mistake. His mere making her sad, made him mad and feel guilty.

Khwaja SHera looked at Ruqaiya to ask - What shall we do now? Whats the further plan?

Ruqaiya whispered silently - Tell him that I am already fainted! My life is in danger and he would have to stay in my tent whole night!
Only in morning, would I be alright! Ok!

Khwaja SHera smirked and said - Done !

Jodha had still not arrived in the tent and Jalal was not surprised ! He very well knew her. He felt more guilty.

Khwaja Shera came to Jalal and said - SHahenshah! Ruqaiya Begum behosh ho gayi hain, inki haalat mein thoda sudhar hai, lekin
phir bhi inki tabiyat khatre ke bahar nahi hai..Inhe bahut aaram ki zarurat hai.. Inhe kal subah tak hosh aa jayega.. Inki darkhwast thi ki aap raat bhat yahin inke saath rukein..Inhe aapki zarurat hai Shahenshah.. Ab hum chalte hain..Kal subah aakar inki haalat dekhenge..

Jalal was broken hearing this! He cannot stay in her room.. No..Never..EVen staying in other woman's room was next to betraying Jodha's love.

He reluctantly said - OK!! But first you wait here with Ruqaiya, I'll return after sometime. Also, Inform everyone that Ruqaiya would be alright soon.
And they can go to sleep.

Khwaja Shera didnt expect this reply. But She couldnt say anything to him. SHe nodded her head in agreement.

** Jalal-Jodha's Khema **

Jalal entered the tent with much guilt and dropped expressions. He noticed that Jodha was praying to Kanha (now guys, don ask me ke Jungle mein tent ke andar mandir kaha se aya..
Its my jugad!!)

Tears rolled down his eyes.

With much difficulty he said - Jodha!

Jodha already felt him. She didnt budge.

Jalal came near her and sat down beside her. He also joined his hands and prayed.

When Jodha completed her prayers, she got up and went to sleep. She neither uttered a single word, nor gave any expression.
Jalal was upset. He determined that He would surely make it up to her.

Jodha laid down on bed and closed her eyes.

Jalal laid next to her and said gravely - Humein muaf kar dijiye Jodha! HUm aapka dil nahi dukhana chahte the. HUmse bahut
badi galti ho gayi.. Kripya Humein muaf kar dijiye... His voice became husky with tears.

Jodha was listening to everything but her eyes remained close. She turned her face and moved little away from him.

Jalal moved closer to her, ran his hand around Jodha's waist and said mischieviously - Aap apne SHauhar ko kitna tadpayengi Mallika-e-hind!
Aapko shobha nahi deta ke aadhi raat ko Shauhar muafi mange aur aap muaff na karein.. He trickled her waist and tummy.

Electric shocks ran down Jodha's spine. Whenever he touched her, SHe felt in heaven.

She immediately turned to him and hugged him tight. Jalal was happy. He hugged her tight too.

Both of them again continued smooching each other and kissing paasionately.

After sometime, Jodha said - Hum aapse naaraz nahi hain Shahenshah! Hum aapki manodasha samajhte hain.. Hum sach mein aapse naaraz nahi hain..
Hum Jaante hain ke aap aur Ruqaiya Begum bachpan ke dost hain..Aapko unke prati lagav hai..aur Sach maniye..Humein koi aitraaz nahi.. (Her voice turned bit sad)..

Jalal was so shocked hearing this. He thought - How can she be so eternal? How can she be free of worldy emotions?

He hugged her again and said -Nahi Jodha ! Aisa nahi hai.. Ruqqaiya humari zimmedari hain..isi liye humein unki fikr hai..
Hum unse mohabbat nahi karte hain.. HUmari Mohabbat sirf aur sirf Aap hain..Sirf Jodha!! He kissed her on her smooth lips.

Jodha kissed him back and then rested her head on his chest.

She asked sleepingly - Ab Ruqaiya Begum kaisi hain Shahenshah?

This question shocked Jalal. He suddenly realised that he had to go to her tent for tonight.
What would he say to Jodha ! Again he was in great dilemma..

He said in low voice - Jodha ! Ruqaiya kal subah tak thik ho jayengi..Lekin...Lekin..

Jodha asked - lekin kya?

Jalal - Vo..Humein Khwaja SHera ne kaha hai ke humein raat bhar Ruqaiya ke kaksh mein rehna padega..Kyonki
Ruqaiya ko humari zarurat hai...(again his voice became husky)

Jodha got up with suddenly. She was shocked. Her expressions turned pale and sad.
Jalal obviously noticed them.

Then Jodha suddenly got up from Bed and said stammeringly - Koi baat nahi...Shahenshah!! Aap ..Aap jaiye.. Ruq..Ruqaiya Begum
ko aapki zarurat hai..Hum zara..Hum zara paani pikar aate hain..Aap jaiye (She tried to be soft in her words)

As she turned to leave from there, Jalal caught hold of her hand and pulled her. SHe immediately fell on his chest with thud.

She was stunned with the sudden action of Jalal.

Jalal said - Hum Ruqaiya Begum ke kaksh mein akele nahi jayenge! Aap bhi humare saath chalengi..Aur hum kuch nahi sun na chahte.
Hum dono wahan par raat bhar rukenge...Hum kisi bhi keemat par akele nahi jayenge...

Jodha was first shocked to hear this and then she smiled. Her smile made Jalal feel relaxed.

Jodha hugged him again.
