Could that good news have been that her mother was going to visit via Agra in a couple of days (maybe to give some gifts for Holi?) en route to some teerth yatra.

Jalal was about to say that he had good news, but it was Jodha who interrupted thinking he meant he was sending her back to Amer.

Its just a sudden thought but I don't know how that would reconcile with his expecting Bharmal's men in two days' time. Maybe Bharmal's men are separately coming for taking Jodha home, but Mainavati trip may be unconnected.

It is just occurring to me that maybe Maham is not outright bluffing ... but maybe Mainavati is in Agra en route to some other teerth sthal and so that part may be right, but the impression Maham gave that Mainavati is here to take back Jodha may be wrong!

Well.Mansi, 9 is not an usual number of points for CCP Politbureau directives, they have 5, 7 or 10, but never mind.

Your compendium is just fine, and the only point I would seriously dispute is the unwarranted slurs you are casting on Jalal's tafteesh😉, which leads to the Mahaam II that Mahaam I was letting him 'discover', like a conjurer lets you 'pick' the card he wants from the pack. At least 2 of the points of difference he spotted would not have been sneered at by Le Carre.Also the whole Lakhi track was perfectly plausible, with no major hole in it.

As for the rest, I have no energy left for all this endless speculation, touting alternative solutions and tracks and so on, especially given that the behaviour of the principals oscillates from one day to another like Edgar Allan Poe's The Pendulum. Much better to possess one's soul in patience and await developments, at least for me, but do have a lot of fun with this by all means.

The last point, with the list of recommendations for Mohan Pyaare, is commendable, but you have to keep some points in mind.

Mahaam and the mullah would as tough as old shoe leather and he would have his work cut out to chew them to anything approaching a digestible pap . Adham Khan would be softer, juicier and more filiing as there would be far more of him, but he would be absolutely pickled in alcohol, and Mohan, assuredly a teetotaller, would get tipsy and pass out after the first bite.😉

So Mohan will have to wait for our Odd Couple, and if he has the misfortune to try and eat Jodha, he would expire on the spot from metal poisoning, given that she is, even on shikar, doing her best to look like a Christmas tree on December 25. 😉

That leaves only Jalal, who had thus better rehearse the excellent lines I had suggested for him weeks ago.

Friends, for this weekend thread, I am starting with this post in Jyoti's absence. She will be adding her take a bit later in the day. The miscarriage track ends with the unmasking of an incredible culprit We had two and a half weeks of suspense regarding the miscarriage mystery to go through, and most of us were by then utter wrecks having to suffer the unchanging raves and rants of Jalal, the inexcusable absence of any decent investigations, the nazarband of Jodha and her family and their feeble and ineffective protestations, and a host of exchanges of a very unpleasant kind between Jalal and Jodha ... Finally, finally, Jalal went into disguise, turned himself into an amateurish sleuth and went in search of the "real culprit" after realising that a small and idiot-looking dibbi could exonerate Jodha and her family. What was the end result of all this? Well, well, well ... It was the unmasking of the "Mahamanga humshakal"! And what an incredible story that was, not only from the point of view that Ekta brought in the age-old and much-worn-out trick of humshakal-exploitation for story value, but for the sheer idiocy of Jalal's supposed methods of tehkikaat! He heard out Jodha and Rahim, got an artist to sketch out a Mahamanga look alike, and finally landed on the premise that it could NOT be Mahamanga ... and therefore it must be a lookalike. He went through surangs, and spied on and asked the fake Maham some "probing questions" and even looked at the history of humshakal usage ... and finally in the grand sabha, he enacted the drama of the two Mahams!

9. And here's a word to our friend Mohan Pyaare, the Tiger.

Welcome, buddy! We have been waiting for you for nearly two weeks since Tatasky said you were coming. What took you so long? And while you are en route to Jodha and Jalal, if you are hungry we have some people you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. How would you like to chomp on Mahamanga, Adham Khan and the Maulvi that said yesterday that Holi colour on Maham was a gunah in religion? They are tasteless people, I agree, but at least they are fat and big and will fill your stomach, especially Adham Khan!

And by the way, I don't know if I should tell you this, but Jalal's gun has no bullets! So you will not die a swift death at his hands. He will have to show his full herogiri, facing you in a hand-to-hand combat, wherein we hope you will tear him up slightly in some interesting body parts.

There are several Forum members hoping you will tear Jalal's kurta and eat Jodha's dupatta so that we get maximum exposure value for the subsequent hichkichahats between the two of them.

Jalal has to kill you, unfortunately, since he is the hero of the serial (and not you!) for which he may use his famous dagger. But you will die knowing that you have served as worthy a purpose as the eternal and historic love story of Jodha and Jalal.

If a common and lowly humshakal of Mahamanga can demonstrate her loyalty to a useless cause by having her head willingly decapitated, I pray, Mohan dear, that you will choose to die a greater and more dramatic death in a bigger cause! (Also do you by chance have any humshakals in the forest for future use? Just thought, I'd ask!)

Mansi fantabulous take 👏👏👏 ,.. my most fav got to b the last point about Mohan pyaare tiger and how he is such a cruicial element for Jalal-Jodha love story progress 😉😆😆 .. I really hope this mohan pyaare tiger scratches the chest of Jalal miyan properly so that Jodha has lots of work nursing up his chest all night ☺️☺️☺️ .. its time for Jodha to realise that hse is not always right and today Jalal fell in danger only because of her stupidity and so its time for her to do the damage control 😃

I agree, I agree ... about Mohan Pyaare scratching agenda! I don't know if Jodha will get fun nursing his wounds, but we are surely going to have fun if she nurses his wounds! And I suspect Jalal will have even more fun than us!🤣Bechain hai hum!


Now here r my top 10 observations for this week along with few pointers about the coming week too based on SBS segments and Promos 😳


1) Mahamanga has the last laugh once again :

So once again to everyone's disappiontment , we hv Mahamanga hving the evil last laugh again by presenting her lookalike in front of Jalal on time and making sure she goes scotfree once again from the whole miscarriage blame 😡😡...

Well I always knew that Mahamanga will go scotfree since she is the strong villain of the show and cannot b caught so soon ...This is one reason why I never wanted Maham to b the main culprit in first place 😔... I knew she wont b caught and this will end up making Jalal-Jodha both look like a fool once again in front of Maham ...Instead it would hv been better if someone like Adham khan or even Hoshiyar would hv been the culprit and then that person would hv got caught by Jalal in the end which would hv made sure that Maham still remains in the game and at the same time Jalal or Jodha r not ending up looking like a fool in front of Maham too 😔

To b honest though I was mentally prepared for this lookalike nonsense but I was so damn disappointed with the entire scheme of things which looked rather funny than believable Though I was sure about the duplicate angle but still it was so heartbreaking to see Maham again going scotfree and Jalal once again putting his blind faith on Mahamanga 😡 .. Also the way Jalal went around publicly telling the story of how he did jasoosi and found out about this duplicate looked very stupid since in the serial Jalal is suppose to think he did some real intelligent job as a Shehenshah catching the culprit but in reality viewers know how Maham fooled Jalal once again .. I guess we hv no option but to accept it since Maham being the main villain wont b caught so soon 😭😭...

I am actually disappointed not just with Jalal looking foolish through the quality of his investigation, but because Maham has succeeded in making him look foolish. Now if he is even more in Maham's clutches after feeling guilt that she was unnecessarily blamed by Jodha and Rahim, what more can we say?

2) Jalal's 2 deadly options and Jodha's Dilemma ...

The scene started so beautifully with Jalal going to Jodha's room when she was undressing 😳 and thats where both realised how their relationship is still stagnant at a point where both r just strangers but the beauty of the scene was the way Jalal tried to make peace with Jodha by giving her two options which even opens the door of her freedom 👍🏼..

It was clear that Jalal was in no mood of sarcasm , he was serious about those two options since he wanted Jodha to stay there with her own wish and not by force reason why he puts those two options in front of her according to which she can either return back to Amer with him assuring to all that she is still very much pure or she got to stay in Agra like his begum and not like a stranger 👍🏼...In short Jalal was tired of beating around a bush in this relationship and wanted a proper conclusion which involves no sarcasm or any sort of revenge game

But Jodha I guess took it otherwise and felt Jalal in the name of sorry again ended up messing up her life by forcing her to accept either of the options where in both cases she looses since if she takes the freedom option then it will mean returning back to Amer which could bring embarassment for her family and if she takes other option to stay back then she will hv to accept Jalal as her husband ... I m sure Jalal's intention was not to force anything on Jodha this time but he only wanted to free her but Jodha took it otherwise since as a woman her ego gets hurt here after hearing this ultimatum from her man 😉... Though she claims to hate her man with a passion but the reality is no wife will want to hear such kind of ultimatum from her husband which is more like rejection coming from her man😉 Now she cannot even claim that Jalal kept her forcibly since Jalal already gives her two options .. So in short her ego gets hurt and she has nothing left to blame Jalal anymore 😆😆...

Overall I felt it was a beautiful transition scene where Jalal not only says sorry to Jodha for the first time but even gives her the option to b free from this forced marriage 👍🏼...I do understand Jodha's dilemma too in this case but she definitely misunterpreted Jalal's intentions here

This is truly a classic case of prejudices and ego at play. Now the question is: how will both climb down from the high horses they have chosen to climb out of ego? Worse than having an ego is not knowing how to climb down from it. Hopefully these water-rescue and tiger tracks will allow them some face-saving opportunities to sink their egos!


3) Why Jodha selects to return back to Agra despite the consequences ??

I guess the reason why Jodha wanted to choose this option of returning back to Agra for now , is nothing but her ego and self-pride ...She is ready to face any sort of embarassment in Amer but she wont bow down in front of the Shehenshah she claims to hate so much ... The fact is she never wants to return back to Amer and she after some time might hv even accepted Jalal as her husband but since Jalal keeps this kind of options in front of her , its her own ego and self-pride which makes her take this decision and not step back despite realising the consequences that might follow in Amer

In Jodha's defence , I think such type of ego is normal for any woman especially post marriage when she hears direct rejection from her man even if she claims to hate her man ... Jodha only wanted to hear sorry from Jalal and mayb some kind of promise from him that he will always respect and protect her dignity and her family honour but instead she hears Jalal giving out two extreme options to her of either returning back to her Maayka or staying her as her begum .. So she feels fine if Jalal can b such a smart player of words , then why cant I , reason why she goes around telling Jalal that I will prefer to return to my homeland and die there even if its at the cost of my family's embarassment ... So indirectly she is taunting Jalal that u will b the cause of my family ka embarassment 😉...

Its obvious she dont want to return back because she knows it will send her family to depression but then she cannot stay in Agra as well like her begum .. So her ego is pressurising her to return back to Amer whereas I feel Jalal wanted to hear from Jodha that she will stay here in Agra only but needs some time to accept him as her husband which Jalal might hv agreed but its just that both their egos r forcing them to do the extreme with each other ...

Jyoti, do you really think they will rach Amer or will they come back midway after the tiger track and after they realise that Jodha wants to stay back in Agra, and Jalal also wants that?

4) The grt Meena Bazaar fiasco 😆 and a beautiful dupatta symbolism 😳

Ok I kept laughing when I saw the stuffs all begums were selling at Meena Bazaar especially that Javeda 😆😆 ..The only person whom I loved there simply because of her humility was Salima begum 😳 ... Rest all looked like fools 😕😆 .. if Ruqaiyya was over confident selling her same old dupattas 🥱 , then Jodha was egoistic with no politeness or humility towards her customers(ahem Jalal)👎🏼 and then u hv Javeda as usual a dumbo selling different smiling portraits of Mahamanga the grt 😆 ... I wonder if Begums in those times really sold such stuffs in Meena Bazaar which made this name Meena bazaar so famous in history 😕😕

Ruqaiyya takes for granted that whatever she sells , Jalal will buy it with closed eyes whereas Jodha has made some sort of promise it seems that whenever Jalal comes in front of her , she will start boasting about her so called self-pride and get sadistic pleasure by putting down his intellect ... Two extremes I must say .. 😆😆... At times I feel Jalal should fall for Salima 😳 .. she is such a nice woman with so much of warmth in her heart 😳


Anyways In all this I did find a sweet dupatta and colour symbolism of sorts ... When Jalal tells Jodha that he was suppose to gift her this white dupatta to call it a peace but she ended up giving it some different colour , I felt that mayb both dint realise that the colour is actually reddish pink which is the colour of love and its Jodha who changes the colour of the dupatta 😉😳😳... So its more like destiny is playing it own game secretly and Jodha unknowingly changes the colour of peace into colour of love without both even realising the meaning of this change though both were desperate to teach each other the meaning of different colours but dint realise they just painted the colour of love on that dupatta 😉😳😳...Also in Khush's words , its such a beautiful contrast that while Jalal returns back the pink dupatta to Ruqaiyya only after buying from her , here Jodha returns back the white dupatta to Jalal after colouring it all pink 😉😳😳...So in short Jalal returns back Ruqaiyya's love back to her (he is fine with her friendship only ?😉) whereas Jodha gifts her love to Jalal by colouring his white dupatta with pink 😳(So will Jodha fall first for Jalal ?? 😉)

Hmm ... lovely symbolisms! Hope they come true!

5) The Colours of Holi ... Blessing or Curse for Jalal-Jodha relationship ??

Yesterday's episode saw a disaster in Jodha's life as the colours of holi fell on Maham's face and rest is history 😆... So will these colours of holi bring disaster in Jalal-Jodha's life or will it be a blessing in disguise of sorts 😉😛

I actually saw an interesting symbolism in this scene too where Jalal in anger throws all the holi colours in Jodha's room out of anger and walks over it 😛 ... Jalal actually ends up playing Holi indirectly 😆 .. Throwing of Holi colours itself is nothing but playing holi and Jalal actually fills Jodha's room with various colours of holi by spilling them all on floor ☺️😛 .. Jalal would not hv done this if Maham fiasco had not happened 😉 .. So I guess this is nothing but a blessing in disguise for Jalal-Jodha relationship 😳

Also what will follow next week too will end up brining up both close to each other whether its Jodha's suicide attempt or the tiger attack 😛 ... So Jalal not only ends up playing holi in Jodha's room by throwing colours all over her room but also ends up getting all wet with Jodha on holi week itself by saving her from drowning next week 😈😆😆😳...

Jyoti (and Khush) please give me the symbolism for the doubles horse ride back! I cannot have atma shanti till I know that!

6) Mainavati really arrived in Agra or is it Maham's plan thus forcing her to commit suicide out of shame ?? 😕

If Mainavati really arrived in Agra then she would hv been shown or Jalal himself might hv come to inform Jodha about it but why Mahamanga and that too in such humiliating manner ?? 🤔 .. I feel Maham wants to take revenge from Jodha for colouring her face all orange 😆 and so she lies to Jodha that Mainavati arrived in Agra to take her back and now both mother-daughter will face the public humiliation on holi

Maham knows that Jodha is very strong when it comes to herself facing all hurdles but she falls weak whenever it comes to her own family's humiliation reason why earlier too she was ready to die from Jalal's hands by confessing the crime of miscarriage only to protect her brothers , so mayb today too after hearing Mainavati's arrival , she might take such drastic step ... And that actually happens since we know Jodha will attempt suicide ...

I hope Jalal here gives good reality chk to Jodha and makes her realise that her lame suicide attempt would hv brought further embarassment and humiliation for her family 😡😡 ... Also I feel Mainavati arriving is either a lie by Maham or even if she actually arrived in Agra , it could b to celebrate Holi with Jodha and mayb she has no idea yet about Jodha returning to Amer 🤔

I was thinking maybe Mainavati may have come to Agra en route to some teerth yatra or to give Jodha some Holi gifts and her trip may be unconnected to Jala's paigam to Bharmal. And maybe Maham is partially right that Mainavati has come, but she may be twisting the truth that the trip is for taking Jodha back in shame etc. But Alakh has asked whether Mainavati will make such trips when her sons are fighting some wars? That is also a point!

There is also one more possibility ... there was this Zee tweet about possible relationship breakdown between jalal and Maham, and I wonder if it could be after this suicide track when jalal hears from Jodha that the reason for the suicide was the arrival of mainavati as told by maham, this Jalal may accost Maham about this lie?

7) Overdose of Maham-Javeda comedy is getting a bit boring

I know Maham-Javeda scenes r used as fillers but I felt this week it was a overdose and after a point I dint really feel like laughing at Javeda's dumbness either

Overdose of anything especially if its not really serving any purpose in story progress is not really good and can put off the viewers .. So hopefully CVs will remember this 😃

8) Will Jodha finally go to Amer or not ?? 🤔

Whole week was almost on this speculation of whether Jodha will return back to Amer or not ... Jalal wanted to make sure that all Jodha's wishes r fulfilled since she is now a guest of few days 😭 only while Ruqaiyya and Maham both r excited that Jodha is finally returning back to Amer


After so much of hype over Jodha's return , if she does not go back to Amer after realising she cannot afford to put her family in shame and even Shehenshah realising the same and asking Jodha to stay back in Agra only and also she can take her own sweet time to accept him as her husband , then it will b interesting to see Ruqaiyya and Maham's reactions 😛😆

But again there is another possibility that after the suicide attempt by Jodha , mayb Jalal will himself decide to take Jodha back to Amer since he will fear that on the way to Amer , Jodha can again try suicide attempt and since she is his responsibility , so he might himself decide to take her back to Amer 😛... So we might hv a full week of Jalal-Jodha episodes which might include even the tiger episode too if on the way a jungle falls and Jalal decide to take a halt for sometime and do some shikar 😎... Over here Jalal will get hurt by the tiger because of Jodha's own blunder and she might do the damage control by nursing his wounds and thats when she might change her decision of going back to Amer after realising Jalal is not that bad as a husband 😳😳

I have a feeling Jodha will NOT go to Amer, but will return to Agra midway even if she goes! tatasky has said they go on a shikar trip when tiger attack happens and I believe Tatasky. And if it is a shikar trip specifically then it is understandable when Jodha hates shikar and so she may remove the bullets! maybe Jalal forces her to go to shikar with him as he wants her not to do some more suicidegiri when he is not at home? Or maybe the thinks he can try to keep her mind occupied on other things so that she does not get depressed again? But he does not know that she hates shikar?

9) CVs want to show both Jalal-Jodha at equal .. Is it ?? 🤔

So in coming week Jodha decides to commit suicide since she is left with no other option to save her family from embarassment during holi ..It all started with Jalal putting up his 2 options ... In the end we know Jalal does the damage control by saving Jodha's life 😳

Next is Jalal lands up in trouble as he gets attacked by a tiger during Shikar due to Jodha's blunder of taking out the bullets from the gun ..He gets badly hurt .. In the end I guess Jodha will do the damage control by properly nusing his wounds that moment itself 😳

So moral of the story is when one lands up in trouble , other is always there to do the saviour act .. Finally both might hv found their equal which they both r yet to realise 😳

Yes, this seesaw is also for TRP!

10) What happens to Ruqaiyya now ??

Now that Jalal-Jodha will move to the next level of their relationship after next week's suicide fiasco and tiger attack , I wonder if Ruqaiyya's insecurity and fear of loosing Jalal to Jodha will start ?? 🤔

Till now she was relaxed with the fact that both hate each other with extreme passion but this equation is about to change now .. So what happens to Ruqaiyya then ??

Will she join hands with Maham against Jodha now ?? Or will she continue to play fair individually without joinig hands with anyone ?? 🤔...

Million dollar question, na? I think she will turn into a mini-Maham!
