I wont be disappointed if Salima takes the fall for this

So I have been thinking about what everyone is saying on this forum how it can't be Salima and this must be another conspiracy by the person who is REALLY the TRUE culprit of this entire 2 week debacle...

with that said...IF Salima is found by Jalal to be the guilty party, even if we later find out that she was innocent I won't be that upset...WHY you ask?

Because the writers have done little for me personally to become emotionally attached to her. When someone writes, even rightly, anything negative about Jodha, my first response is defend her, even if her actions are crazy and stupid...I'm emotionally invested in Jodha and I love watching JA for her...she is what makes this drama for me.

Then there is MA...I mean I hate her...but that in turn translates to me having an emotional investment with this female costar as well...she is amazing and bringing out the cringing feeling inside the one who is watching her,...or just wanting to slap her...😉

Then there is people like Adham Khan, Sharifuddin, Bakshi Bano, - all of these people haven't had TOO much screen time, but I still have some emotional investment in them as a viewer...when Sharif does his little eyebrow raise, or pauses when he doesn't like what Jalal has done or said...I want to know what he is going ot say or do next...that is emotional investment in their roles...

Further...Even with the Eunuchs...as lame as they are sometimes...I even have some emotional attachment to them, be it Ruq's or MA's...

And of course Ruq...the CV's have done an amazing job with making her all feminine at a few points in time, adn then making me despise her as a woman at other times...even if I don't like the way her character was becoming...in today's epi...she at least stood by the truth... even if everytime she says the word "Shikast" I cringe...what is it with her adn that word...???

So all I mean to say , is although I will be sad for a fleeting moment that someone got wrongly punished for a crime they did not commit...I do not have any emotional attachment to Salima's character...and that is unfortunate, because if she ends up taking hte fall for this heinous crime...I feel as though as a viewer I've been cheated out of feeling something that I want to feel BUT that I can not for the pure and simple reason that her character just has not bee ndeveloped enough in this tv serial for me to care about her...

What do you guys think?

Well, Sonya, she is not going to take the fall in any case, so all this ratiocination is a nice exercise in self-analysis, and nothing more. I like Salima, and I do feel attached to her simple goodness, and you don't, so where does that leave her?

It is interesting,the amount on non-renewable time spent by all of us on this Who dunnit exercise.

Anyhow, our bonny boy seems to have finally stirred his grey cells and found out that the dibbi was planted in Salima's room by the owner of the hand. So he now going to get proof by making her eat what she knows is dature ka ark, and so she will refuse under some pretext of the other. For the woman on the bed while he is doing his silken menace act is clearly not Salima.

amzing post 👏 i am agree with most of the points about
mah managa ,adham khan,shariffudin regarding saleema even i am not emotionaly attach with her ,she is one of the character standing in side most of the time & even she own the tile of shensha begum but its only a political marrige nothing more
there are posibilities that may be her husband death she is all set to revenge but still i think the way the cvs showed her character desn't make sence to make her the killer 😕
if she is innocent then ok with me if she is the culprit annying but again ok for me 😳
all i want this Royal murder mystery solve soon 😊

Hi Aunty, yes we have all spent hundreds of combined hours on this who dunnit plot. And I suppose for Rahims sake I should place some importance on Salima. AND she did speak out for Jodha to Jalal so another point in her favour.

I'm looking forward to this bedroom scene tomorrow. Jalal was definitely looking fine, if I may say so.

I will definitely stand against anything if the issue is about it being a wrong done against a woman specifically because she is female but the way I see this scenario its about someone framing someone so it seems to be at least at this point a conspiracy that is not so much a gender issue but just the real culprit trying to not get caught.

Could the good doctor be in on this conspiracy????
