i do not think that ekta can show so much negativity, otherwise a new string of protests will start..the issue will become more political, but the article seems to be written by a fanatic whose opinions are biased..he has taken all the negative points from history and elaborated on them, where are the good things done by akbar, not mentioned anywhere! i can give u an example from today's world..if a community in minority does something wrong, the media elaborates it to the extent that the community is tagged by the name given by media..on the other hand if they do something noble it never comes in the news and no headlines are made..now what do u say to this, in the end all i can say is ..jo dikhta hai zaroori nahin wo sach ho...!

Sorry, but your argument makes no sense. Mahabharat is one of the holy scriptures of Hindus. If you don't consider it a religious book, that's just your belief, but millions of Hindus treat it as a holy scripture. At least give it some respect. Clearly you have no belief in the holy teachings of Lord Krishna as written in the Bhagawad Gita (which is a part of Mahabharat for your information), neither do you believe he is God, or else you would not have such a skewed view on Dharma. Dharma is where God resides, you can not argue against that if you believe in God. God was with the Pandavas, and that is why they won. The Kauravas were not evil, but God could not support them because of their deeds.
This is a pointless discussion. 🥱

Oh dear ...Why have you started using religion for argument.? I am a hindu and I am very well aware what Mahabharata is?
Gita is considerd as holy book but Mahabharata is an epic tale of 2 dynasties...It took few hundred years to be written...

yup i feel no one know the history but akbar was jallad for sure

and biography might have written to please akbar...

the reality akbar was not that great what his biography claim...

: but we are enjoying the show as a fictional show

the reality akbar is known by himself

but there was just hate for akbar among the people and even his son jahangir disliked akbar the great

Yeah well u are right... And obviously in a show u can't potray this much negativity.. In a fim/ documentary u obvio can. For this show I really don't care what kind of character he was. Just want good tracks :))

read the article...its too much...everything was negative there...too biased I say😵
yes I agree Akbar had many issues...he was really a very cruel emperor..it says that he killed Bairam Khan who raised him like a father...he banished him...and he married Salima...she was her favourite queen...
there r lot of wrong infos here...he married Salima coz he wanted to give her same respect what she had when Khan Baba was alive.
I don't know whether he killed Khan Baba or not...but many historians claim this.
we don't know the actual truth...but one thing I know a human cannot possess all the negative attributes...he must be a cruel emperor but he definitely had some amazing qualities that made him rule over hearts...as far as I know he started changing when Jodha Bai stepped into his life...she made him realize ruling the hearts is more important than ruling the lions.
regarding the women and cutting heads, that part I agree...it was not Akbar's fault...that era was like this.
this editor made Akbar and his lineage look like cruellest...Agniveer used some strong words against them...I feel the article is completely biased and written by someone who has strong hatred towards Mughals..but again we don't know the truth...the writers of Akbar's biographies might have written them to please him...however everything can't be fake..apparently, the editor of this article picked and highlighted the negative stuffs only...he didn't mention an ounce of Akbar's good deeds which is unjustifiable...and it proves his strong hatred and biasness.

u can not miss th total bias of th writer 😲

but then i feel the truth lies between the two extremes...all kings n emoerors of yore had to b ruthless to hold onto their dominance n kingdoms..

of course their authorized biographies wil only eulogise n leave out all bad things...foriegn travellers cud b relied on to some extent fr a more realistic assessment...n folklore cud lie between the two!..in indian textbooks things hav been toned down to b more benign n shud b so i feel...as national harmony is above all! u cannot change history but have to use it in a positive way fr tday n our future.

as fr akbar his appeal lies in his being the 'best' of the lot!!😆
he was a womaniser, addict, mostly ruthless n cruel as pointed out in article too...but some stories seem too farfetched n lurid!
those tyms were very hard n not abt championing of human rights or women rights (totally unheard of things!) a monarch's say was final n he was mostly pitiless n self serving.

so lets jus enjoy our awesome show...which is quite removed frm reality n more like the historical romances i love reading!!😆

Article is too baised...but who knows in and out of Akbar??? Undoubtedly he is a great adminstrator and visionary and exhibited highest religious tolerence unlike many of his descendents. Good King doesnt necessarily mean a good human being. Many Kings are like him whether they are hindus or muslims. He belongs to the era where women are looked upon as mere possession and for getting heir. All kings are ruthless in retaining dominance and e xpansion of boundaries

No king is a godman and neither Jalal... At least in this show Ekta is showing a flawed jalal, unlike the movie. Moreover we are looking at jalal from present day perspective
