What I liked:
Hamida's overflowing love for Jodha, calls her 'meri bacchi' and recognizes Jodha's pure heart. She even gave credit to her for all the goods news bestowed upon Mughals. She is one kind lady and Jodha is extremely lucky to have her as MIL, more about this in what future holds.
Lavina's amazing acting skills, she makes us hate her to the core! Ekta has made her a bitchy character, she couldn't see anything good at all from Jodha's wishes. She kept saying that Jodha is jealous, but its her own jealousy trying to prove to Jodha that she is better in every regard
Jodha's selfless heart,she had no doubts about wishing Ruqu even after Moti's warnings. She went there and tried to convince Ruqu of her good intentions, but left there with respect when she realized Ruqu won't budge. It was good of her to also go and tell Hamida that she is relieved and happy as Hamida doesn't have to walk
Jalal Jalal Jalal - what can I say about this character. Ekta has characterized it so well and Rajat has portrayed it so well. He is always smiles when Jodha is praised (by hamida), almost like I am the proud husband of this gunwati wife! He is also happy that his mom like Jodha a lot, may be even more than himself - how sweet.He didnt get affected by Ruqu's comments and felt the heartfelt wishes from Jodha. He got so affected that couldn't sleep at all. He acknowledges that Jodha has touched his heart, soon it will be beating every time he sees her.
Akdha last scene - I have watched it many times already and might watch it few more times! Rajat's expressions and voice control is so good, can't help it. They have started talking like normal people, full of politeness. Jodha was so excited to explain the meaning of the message and Jalal was overwhelmed that someone who hated him so much would make a wish like this for his child. The nok-jhok in the end was so cute and specially the last line - Tohfa bhi deti hai, khafa bhi raheti hai..Don't worry Jalal she won't be angry for too long, you are too charming for anyone to stay mad at you for long!
What I would have liked:
To not show Mainavati worry about Jodha not being the one giving waris. It was slightly selfish..
For Ruqu to see atleast some good in Jodha's visit, in essence her character to not be so black
For Jodha to wish Shensha as he was going to become a dad also, she recently found out how much he likes kids.
For hamida to come and wish Ruqu and Jalal, she went and spoke to Jalal but did not really wish him as a Mom...
Like Jodha's yellow outfit, but I am tired of seeing her in it so many times. Please get more colors for Jodha
How this might shape up in future:
Hamida might be the one support Jodha will always have. When MA tries to separate Akdha, she might be the only one who might stop it from happening
Lavina might eventually realize Jodha's goodness when she does something that helps with her pregnancy. I feel Ekta will eventually make Ruqu and Jodha come close, come on she has to respect what's in history..
Jodha is going to see the plight in Jalal's eye when he finds out about losing the baby. This might bring them closer as she might be the only one who has the right words to calm him down.
