According to Zee TVs 3 tweets, I feel the following:
Tweets were

1) Jalal gets a happy news...
2) Jalal's happy news turns sad soon
3) Maham plays a dirty game to trick Jodha

and my predictions are...

1) Ruks becoming pregnant
2) Ruks has a miscarriage
3) Maham is responsible for causing Ruks miscarriage and she will frame Jodha for the mishappening...

Agree with the first 2 points and partially with the 3rd..
If Jodha is framed in front of everyone..Jalal won't forgive her at all.. he will create havoc even before there is time for Jodha to prove herself innocent..

I think Maham might brainwash Ruquiya into thinking that it was Jodha who is responsible..
