I totally loved the new side of Akbar we saw today, the man who loves children. His interaction with Rahim was so damn adorable, and clearly Jodha's heart was also touched by the affection he showed towards Rahim in the harem.
I cannot wait to see Akbar's reaction when Jodha becomes pregnant with Salim/Jahangir, though we all know that's going to be ages away. 😆 I really wish the CVs show us some cute father-son moments. 😳 Though later on, Akbar and Jahangir's relationship becomes sour when Jahangir turns against his own father for the kingdom. The CVs might not even show that, since that took place during Akbar's old age and they can't possibly make Rajat a convincing old man, but still, seeing Akbar today, it just made me feel sad knowing what his future holds for him.
