Jodha's king was never checkmated. Her king was more protected than Ruqaiya's. i posted pics of the chess board here- https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/jodha-akbar/3704551/pics-of-the-chess-board In the pic, Jodha's king is on the right side of the queen.

The CV's gave Jodha an extra turn in return they kept all of Ruqaiya's pieces alive and even allowed one of her pawns the ability to go backwards. 🤣
