Okay,so Maham Anga has hit the bullseye.Jalal's visual of Bairam Khan as the ideal foster father seems to have gone for a toll!
The control Bairam had over Jalal all these years will reach its end pretty soon.

Not only did Jalal question his wazeer-e-alaa for the second time! (two times lucky! 🤣) he even insulted his favourite wife,Ruqaiya,by questioning her in the court
Jalal very politely asked him, if he thought putting zaheer behind the bars was right?
And woah!Bairu didn't give up,he gave a very smart reply by saying that Zaheer was spreading rumours and arrogantly left.
Did you'll notice,when Jalal fired his first question,Bairu doesn't give a direct answer.Instead, he says,he had been taking decisions on his own since Jalal was mere a kid.So what was the problem now?
That says something,doesn't it?
Maham Anga on the other hand,is taking advantage of this as much as she can.
Although,Jalal still feels guilty for questioning Bairam,he is slowly but steadily getting a clearer picture.
