Court:
Chandan comes into the stand. Yuk begins by saying that the Trishna's case has been re opened because there had been alot of people in the case and Chandan is the blame and he is being hanged for that. He keeps on saying on how the court just gave out the punishment and all and therefore he wants to re open the case. He says that Chandan is not the murderer of Trishna he says that he can say this assured that he can prove that Chandan is innocent. The defensive lawyer stands up and says that to prove a person innocent they need proof. The defensive lawyer keeps on saying that they already proved that Chandan is the murderer of Trishna. Yuk answers if that is the case then he wants to ask Chandan some questions about Trishna's murder ( I'm getting a little confused here so if there are any mistakes then i'm sorry cause I'm trying the best i can. 😕) Yuk then says that the court sometimes gives punishment without any proof and then gives a paper to the judge. the judge then says that the court gives permission to question Chandan. the judge then says that the questioning will begin tommorow and that is all. Chandan is glaring at Sunaina angrily while Sunaina is just staring.
Outside the court:
Sunaina is pacing and the scene switched to Chandan in jail.
In Jail:
Kunika is saying that there is something wrong with that lawyer and etc. Chandan says that he won't let any harm come to his dad and he will not change his decision. Chandan goes and sees Sunaina but Sunaina doesn't see Sunaina.
Outside of the court:
Sunaina waits and sees Yuvi. She asks him why he took back the case and not freed Chandan. Yuk says.. ( I didnt get that part sorry) but he was saying something about the real murderer being caught and the real murderer thinking about this and etc. Sunaina says that she just want Chandan to be freed and thats it. Yuk says that will happen and leaves. Kunika is standing and watching all this.Kunika says to herself that Yuk must've thought of something brilliant.
New day:
Trishna's house:
The judge comes and sit and alot of people are there, including Sunaina's family and Chandan's family. The judge asks Yuk why so many people are there. Yuk replies that all these people were here in the party in which Trishna was murdered. Yuk then asks Chandan, in Trishna's murder where were you? The defense lawyer says that the this is all wrong and Yuk rephrases and asks Chandan when and why did he murder Trishna. Chandan is just flabbergasted and Yuk says that since he doesn't remember the murder of Trishna then tells him that the party was at 10:00 pm pachees minutes were there. He then asks Chandan when he arrived in Trishna's room. He tells Yuk tha after 5 minutes. Yuk then changes his watch and tells him how can he complete the murder in 5 minutes? Yuk then says that you are clearly lying because he was on the roof with Sunaina. Chandan changes and says that he went to Trishna's room 5 minutes earlier. Sunaina says that she didn't know what time he came downstairs. Yuk then says he is lying again. yuk says that Chandan was talking with the waiter. Yuk then questions the waiter. the waiter says that he accidently gave 2 drinks and all. Yuk then says for some minutes he was lecturing you. The waiter then says yes. Yuk then says if Chandan wasn't doing the murder then who did it? ME he says and stare at Chandan. The defensive lawyer then says that how can Yuk give the exact time when he wasn't even in the party. Yuk then says that the waiter something ( Couldn't get that, sorry again,) Chandan then asks why he has so much trust on a watch, Yuk asks again where was he then? chandan answers that he was in Trishna's room. Yuk says again that he is lying because there was this woman from the party who wanted to ask Chandan about his career and did not see him go to Trishnas room but was on the rooftop with Sunaina. Yuk then asks Chandan that if he didn't do the murder then who did. Chandan then shouts that he did the murder. Yuk then asks who is the real murderer?
Sorry for the mistakes, I was so confused in all this. Anyways hope you like the confusing written update. 😛
