Brief update of 31st Dec 2007
Chandrika was not feeling well and expressed desire to see Sunaina married. She & KK asked Sunaina about Viraj. Sunaina wanted 24 hours to think over. Sunaina and Viraj went to some hotel. Chandan was also there. Sunaina and Chandan don't see each other but Viraj saw Chandan and asked Sunaina to go somewhere else.
In college Sujata was worried as she dint complete some of her assignment. Gaurav gave her his own assignment.
Chandan was down and don't know what to do. Baa suggested that he should go and ask Sunaina's hand for marriage. Chandan went to Sunaina's place. But destiny has planned something else for them. There he happened to hear that Sunaina was doing yes for the marriage with Viraj as Chandrika's condition was quite worsened.
Update of 1st Jan 2008
Everyone, except Sujata and Anu, for different reason, was happy. Chandrika blessed Sunana and wished a daughter like her in every life. Chandan heard everything and was shattered and left without saying anything. Sunaina sensed something. She went to see at main door but found nothing or should I say no one there, feeling sad.
Sunaina was crying bitterly in her room. Chachi and Sujata came to her. Sujata demanded that how can she agree to marry with Viraj, when she loves Chandan only. Sunaina said what should she do. Then she asked did she (sujata) noticed their parents condition. Plus on what base I should I refuse. Chachi also tried to make her understand but she refused. She said that first he thought that I can be obstacle between him and his work now he thinks that I am creating problem in his family. Chachi asked will she able to forget him. She said that if Chandan can forget her, so can she.
At Bhimani House
Dhanush and mom-dad are on dinning table, talking about Chandan. Mom is very happy that Dhanush is supporting his brother. (I don't know but I swear she sounds to me very fake..) VB asked as in a typical business man language that why he is supporting Chandan. Dhanush replied that coz he dint want bhai to go out for the money. Plus with this arrangement they will be together. VB and Kunika were very happy.
At Sunaina's place
Chandrika told everyone that she talked to their pandit ji and next Sunday is fixed for the marriage. Anupama was in a fix. She said that how will they do all arrangement that soon as she wanted some time for Sunaina to rethink . But Chandrika said that she has no time. God has started countdown for her. Sunaina said that there is definitely some mistake in His counting. You want to see my marriage and you will. Chandrika and KK were very happy, to be blessed with a daughter like Sunaina.
At college
Sujata thanked Gaurav for his help but he said no thanks.
At Bhimani house…
Baa asked some servant did he see Chandan. Servant told that Chandan dint come home the whole night and today when he came, he went to his room without saying Jai Shri Krishna to me. Baa was surprised. She went to see chandan in his room. She asked what happened. Did Sunaina refused for the marriage. Chandan said no she did yes. Baa was happy and asked then why he is upset. He should be happy. Chandan told that she did yes for the marriage with Viraj not with him.
By then Dhanush also came there and said that she wanted to take revenge from Chandan and she did it. But Baa dint agree and said Sunaina cant do this and left.
Dhanush pretended to console Chandan and asked that he will bring him out of this misery. Chandan asked how ? Dhanush said 'work' you should involve yourself into work. (haan woh kaam karega aur tu aish karega..) Then he asked him to go market to buy something for their project.
At Mall.
Dhanush and Chandan are at some shopping mall. There they saw Sunaina and Viraj shopping for clothes. They both see each other and walked in each other's direction.
They talked in their heart.
Sunaina: How much I thought about you Chandan but you dint come.
Chandan : Cant you wait till I came.
Sunaina : Where is the time to wait.
By then they came closer and have a proper conversation.
Sunaina : How are you and what are you doing here.
Chandan : I came here to buy something for my project and you?
Sunaina: I came here to do shopping for my marriage.
She called Viraj introduced them each other. Then they left saying good bye to each other.
At restaurant
Dhanush brought Chandan in a restaurant and ordered wine for them. Chandan was not sure. But Dhanush encouraged him to share his pain. Chandan told Dhanush everything since their first meeting at dance prog and all. And in depression he swallowed all drink in one gulp. Dhanush ordered for more and Chandan kept drinking, till he was in semi conscious condition.
Then in last Dhanush hold Chandan and took him and asked him to wait. Chandan was waiting, when he heard a conversation.
Viraj was telling some female that she should not worry. He will return her 20 lacs soon as he is marrying principal KK's daughter and soon he will sell half of his property and give her 20 lacs. She asked which daughter. He told Sunaina.
Chandan was shocked to hear this. He said to himself it means Viraj is marrying Sunaina for her money.
