italic - in short karma… it’s Ani’s cross to bear. He told he will perform in such a way that she won’t know he’s acting but fate dealt him a very cruel hand. He would have to perform and Jhanak isn’t there to see!!

I say this story has its weak spots but it has a certain pathos written into it!! If we accept morality as it’s conflict… we will need to know how strong is the test? What say?

That said… for me this is still about the two giving love a chance? They may try to walk on egg shells but somehow they will need to tread the hard path!!

Also don’t know if the writers intend to stretch this until there is no elasticity….. but am more warned due to all the shocks

Yes , its not deception.

He said it with atmost care...and I dont find any inner meaning to it.

He is ready to live his life with her. Surrendering to the situations..deciding to spent his life with someone whom he is not in love , but for her happiness , his family's happiness.

He doesnt have any expectations from life now ..like how he said during Uncle groom marriage time ..from tomorrow I am free , I dont have Jhanak work to do..

Right now he has the same feeling ...no purpose for his life .So its just living the life the way as it comes......

Now when they meet in Mumbai lets see how it unfolds.

But this wife dialogue was so unwanted as it is quite sensitive when we are looking forward for a love story .

I want to believe he would have fought against the world if J accepted, let me just believe that because it makes me feel better! Actors delulu mai hai to hum bhi sahi! Itana credit I will give it to him chalo thik hai! He is a good "family boy" after all. If J said I am your wife he would have not backed out from giving her all the "haq".

Ani was so relatable for me, as he is a logical being but ab to banda insaniyat ki had par kar raha hai! Isane insaniyat and zimmedari dikhane me Harishchandra ko piche chod diya hai!!

It’s the characters’ story never ours.. so we believe what the makers put out. When a scene is analysed…there will be interpretations and only the writer can say that any of our interpretations are right on the money. Until then… we will plod along

like I said earlier.. for me this lovestory works only if I believe the character’s motivations and challenges and for me it’s belief in both their issues not just one. For me it’s central to my belief in their need to be together… only if both want it will it or should it happen!!

So I was always ready to accept that just Ani wanting it will not make this love story fructify without Jhanak owning up to it . At the same time, I was ready to accept that Jhanak cannot own up to their love because she is not yet ready to believe that their love can weather the storms that will come their way. It’s not important in a love story who first has belief in its existence, it will survive only when both nurture it. In that, both have failed and I say both because, one couldn’t demonstrate that their love had an independent existence (despite pushing Jhanak hard for owning up to the love, Ani wasn’t able to talk to Jhanak about the elephant in the room - Arshi - ( figurative before Arshi stans get after me); why their love would triumph over his older bon

and Jhanak did not believe it could survive the tempest becos of her own past experiences and inability to trust that Ani would make it right!! That is classic stalemate!!

Also, love is hard work… why should it not face challenges?

That they were meant to part was never in doubt in the circumstances; but how they made this happen has left a bad taste in our mouth as the writers have gone hammer and tongs on the character easier to malign 😀 our dear boy Ani when they made him doubt Jhanak without any justification whatsoever

So today when Ani speaks in such terms, it causes doubt in the minds… In the past Ani used to tell lies all the time and we knew every lie 😂😂 today his truth became hard to swallow..

Accepting that both lovers have given up on their love is a bitter pill to swallow… But hopefully they will find the strength to rise like the phoenixes

In their story more than them its is Arshi.

Arshi was addressed by both , but not genuinely.

An Anirudh who said "log pyar main kya kuch nahi karte " didnt even try to keep his love with him.

He couldn't do anything to save his love when he was ready to help Jhanak if she had a lover...

and a Jhanak " shayad mein pyar ke liye ki sab kar rahe hai"

These two didnt fight for their own love, thinking about the other person happiness...

And like you said Rekha , love needs both of them to be in the scene to work together towards it.

And both didnt do anything to face challenges..Before their story started it finished ...

Not all love stories have happy endings and hope Anirudh nad Jhanak doesnt meet this fate.

The way the writers seperated them is the same way as Anirudh's unbelievable .
