1. He hurted Jhanak very badly with his words and actions during wedding rituals..and his monologue, you insulted me I will insulted you many times, how much angry we are on our loved ones, will show angry..will avoid them but will never get happy by insulting them.

That was their one of the planned twist. I think it’s going in that direction that ANI decided to move on but since Arshi is not co operating and giving the love which he got from jhanak which will again push ANI towards jhanak. This time there will be no guilt tripping for ANI when he actually realizes that he can’t stop loving jhanak and can not lead a life with Arshi.
