Yeh the death talks can give gloomy vibes. It didn’t get to me when I watched it , because I guess the context was different. but thinking of all your comments I can understand what you guys were saying. But to me I wasn’t surprised the way they talked. These two always been like this… I hope writers make their conversations more light hearted. Don’t have to use so many death references in the show to make a point.

Didnt he realise it earlier when Jhanak was about to die due to his mother in law poisioning her.

Wasnt that hospital scene enough to realise she is important to him than his life .

Why didnt he feel it when she was getting married ? Had Shristi not changed uncle groom with Tejas wouldn't her marriage happen and she would have left him.

This marriage should have been the point he should have done something to keep him in his life .Anirudh would have lost Jhanak if she married someone else ( No zimmadari would have helped him then to keep in touch with her ).
