May be. Also he need to disclose the truth to Arshi before marriage and that is also making him uncomfortable. In the surface it is guilt of hiding stuff from Arshi and everyone. But deep down it is also a sense of responsibility he feels for Janak.

Practically its not a good idea to talk personal things between a patient and attendent . But they tried to cover it by him showing displeasure initially and the sharing his heart about Jhanak as he is so much worried about her and cant share it with anyone else . So to him she is attendent who is unaware of Jhanak and Ani , safe option to share his feelings .

Also they covered it by him asking your voice looks familiar ....

Especially the Buddha is very obnoxious asking Jhanak to remain a maid

I've hopes from the Buddhi though, when everyone was praying and Appu di was saying when Jhanak was here everything was fine then they kinda emphasized her reactions to it. She also respects customs a lot, so once the marriage truth would be out she'll think the moment Jhanak went away Ani got hospitalized. So I'm guessing she'll be the first one to acknowledge Jhanak and Ani's relationship and keep their Bahu Jhanak at Basu Badi

But he didnt want to see choton , why , they should have shown that scene . May be it will be too early to reveal everything by choton about Jhanak flower n other stories ...

But epiosde was good . Hope to see more such episodes with Ani and Jhanak sharing more screen space than the side characters .

I have the same opinion about buddhi, once the truth is out she might say that she is the bahu regardless of her status/circumstances as the wedding happened in Mandir with sindoor and pheras. Also they did it once again in their customs with Panditji and mantras and all so it's a valid marriage.
