Shantanu deserved more!

To face the challenge with a smile, that is Shantanu Maheshwari for everyone.

From the starting of the show, I was surprised to see the way marks were distributed to the average performances. But the bar was high for the dancers or should I say only for Shantanu.

Coming straight to the face off it was 1-1. Salman was good in duet and so was Shantanu in solo. Shantanu- Alisha's duet was something stiff and back flip was less co- ordinated. But in solo, Shantanu killed it. Literally nailed it! His moves, expressions, and specially the last jump was just wow, in which Salman lost his balance. My eyes were not getting off him; he was so clean with his steps. I always say he dance like a Makhan and today he proved that no one can match him in solo face off. With so much of ease he managed to pull off the solo act.

The comments he got were agreeable. Jacqueline said he was confident and outstanding in solo, Karan sir also praised his solo performance over his duet act. Even Ganesh sir's comments were same. So it was equal; solo for Shantanu and duet for Salman.

But when it comes to marks, Shantanu got 26 and Salman 29. A three marks difference for edgy performances! Why? Was the strictness and expectation for better performances only for Shantanu. If Shantanu's duet was bit low, then salman's lost balance in the last jump and was so stiff throughout the solo act. It was 19-20 difference, so why scores so varied. Seriously there was a lot of difference in comments and scores. Shantanu deserved much better scores today then what he got.

I simply don't want to say anything today, I am just HURT. I understand colors would never let Shantanu win but this much injustice is too intolerable. An edgy performance has difference of freaking 3 marks? 😲
