Body image issues are hardly something to joke about. I wish Indian tv "creatives" understood that, but perhaps that would require too much thinking. They would rather go on & on about someone's weight instead of trying to come up with something genuinely funny.

i agree...they actually have no idea . They feel all kind of crap will work as we are giving viewers their celebrity to watch and for ohers trained dancers ...sometimes comedy does works but not the kind of comedy they do .Some light moments are nice but they always end up going to extremes .The dialogues are just pathetic , cant even speak a joke they were doing today . That's the level . And yes the level of strictness is so missing in jdj which is there in dancing with the stars . When vaibhavi , saroj khan and juhi used to be there , they were strict , truly strict . Even with remo , kuch tha kahi ...is season toh kuch nahi hain . Shahid toh judge kam host jyaada hain show ka . And our judges come on stage to dance so frequently as if they never got a stage to dance . Like such big celebs like madhuri were on stage after every next act . Regarding the biasness , its like predecided ...ki hum sab ek ek contestant lenge lol aur uski sabse jyaada tareef karenge 🤣.Instead of all this bakwaas comedy , they should come up with better things to utilize the time . Ab bas 7 contestants hain , if the act number doubles abhi , khud yeh sab kuch thoda kam ho jayega . And its just 4 weeks left and still no double acts ting started . Only one week it happened till now . Moreover jhalak even being an indian show runs after west madly . We have so many dance forms in india , but that you come across less in jdj ...instead all kind of western dance forms are used . Copy kara hain bhi toh kuch toh apna effect daalo ...but nooo .JDJ right now is just helping some choreographers to come out with their talent as they are there with popular known faces , that's it . I don't feel it has help contestants much .
