JDLJ is the only dance show I have watched since the 1st season - cause I am a huge fan of DWTS.
A few points regarding - Jhalak reloaded.
Sets - It just doesnt work for me. Shaheed sits like he is sitting in his house. Im sorry but there has to be a certain decorum when you are a judge.
Seating Ganesh and Lauren seperately makes them look so disconnected.
- The judges :
Much as I love Lauren - I think its really bad strategy to bring last seasons contestant as a judge !
They should have brought her as a choreographer.
- Shaheed Kapoor - on the scooter
He just doesnt work - I dont know why but I find him too immature trying to put on an act ( but this is my opinion only ) As a judge you cant be nice just so that everyone likes you.
- Ganesh - I guess since I am used to seeing Remo - I will need time to get used to him.
- Of course Karan is the only saving grace.
Choreographers : Last few seasons had fabulous choreographers - like Salman , Tushar, Puneet - I really miss them. They kept us glued to the show with their creativity and dance.
Not seen any great dance upto now. Just hope they get their act together .. er .. I mean dance together !
From the contestants - I like Sanaya ( she looks like a little doll ) and Shamita.
And now for the most important part - they should just cut down on the drama and get on with the show. After all it is a BBC show - not some Ekta kapoor sidey show.
Before anyone says I am bashing - pl this is just my observation as a viewer and an ardent fan of the show.
