i agree with you.. no sympathy while voting

but i have a question... when we ask judges to judge dancers and non-dancers based on their ability of dancing then why cannot we ask judges to judge subhreet based on her ability ...

i mean if vivan, sanaya, kavita etc., can be judged on their dance keeping their non-dancer point in mind then why cannot judges judge subhreet dance based on her challenge because subhreet is the best by far but cannot expect her to do all type of lifts and other dance forms done by others...

still i feel she will be eliminated this week 😳

otherwise we need to tell the judges to judge faisal, scarlett, mohit, vivan, subhreet etc... based on their dance not based on their trained thing 😆

at the end all should be equally judged irrelevant of dancer or non-dancers

Exactly,i do symathesize with her for her disability but she is a contestant in jdj means she has to be treated like the other contestants, overscoring her everytime just for the sake of her disability is not fair at all

oh pls ...

Nobody is judged on the same standards ... nobody ... You can have a trained dancer and a non dancer get the same marks - not because you think they are equal but because you see how much they improved over their previous performance ... same is when you compare a young contestant to say an old one ... everybody performs within the limitations they have ... the point is that they are improving or not, are they putting in the effort or not ...

Subreet literally , physically cannot compete on the same level as the others ... its just not humanly possible ... by your logic then, a differently abled person should not compete or aspire for anything that any other fully abled person does because they will always fall short

... . look at the effort she puts in day after day ... what takes a contestant an hour to master, she would probably take a day or even more

Her marks are not about sympathy ... but the sheer colossal physical and mental perseverance she puts in ... You are demeaning her by saying that people are marking her out of sympathy ...

I do applause the fact she can dance on one legs but I fell the judges crying while seeing her performing hint sympathy and the fact she's not treated like a normal person. From judges to audience should actually see her as everyone else.

Second your thoughts abt Subhreet... even she said the same after her first performance, that she is on JDJ to show her talent and she doesn't want sympathy from viewers/judges..
High time this is realized and given marks on her dance especially when this season there are such talented participants..

Me too! We talk about treating them equally and then ourselves put them down by crying over them and making them feel different and inferior from us ! I really like and respect the girl for what she's been through! It takes guts to accept it gracefully and come to such a platform sportingly ! Don't make a mockery out of her Colors !

There is special olympics for the disabled.

Jhalak wont get trps if they conduct special Jhalak for the disabled.

It is painful to watch her compete where everyone else is otherwise.

It is just like a person without disabilities competing in special olympics which never happens.

She has got the best face, a very expressive one, a fantastic smile and she is quite tall.

On the otherhand there are some who just cant dance inspite of having two functional legs.

I am reminded of Sudha Chandran who danced on artificial leg and no one could make out.
