So I watched that part again after reading this and honestly didn't see her as rude. Maybe it wasn't the politest thing to do, but it definitely wasn't rude either. Such interruptions happen a lot in normal conversation 🤔

But this isn't the first time it has happened. If it was the first time I would have excused it but she has done it to Karan too! After the jaz performance! 😕 An she cut off Madhuri after the family performance talking about single mothers!

^^ I've watched that too and I don't think that was rude either. 😊 Some people just converse like that! Normal conversation is usually a lot of give and take... instead of just one person talking all the time...

I totally agree that sometimes her excuses get annoying, but I don't think that she's being rude when she makes them 😛

I agree it's not intentional it could be a habit! But it's not meant to be a conversation with the judges. It's suppose to be the judges' feedback. It's completely their call!!! And the focus should be on them and contestants should politely listen!

^^^ I guess we just have a different outlook on the situation 😊
I think of this kind of judging as more of a collaboration and conversation than a judgement which you get from a judge when you commit a crime.
But I understand where you're coming from and in our culture it is probably the right thing to do. I, on the other hand, am more of an American hardhead, so I never quite mastered the art of listening politely without giving an opinion when elders are talking at you 😆

No it not like that at all! I have performed at various competitions speech competitions, mock trial, dances but being American myself I was taught to wait tell the other person especially a judge finishes their train of thought. As far as everyday conversation is concerned I'm all for debate (as you can see right now). I guess we can agree to disagree!!

Rudest, nah I don't think so. I actually like it when she cuts off the judges' blabberings, judges and their nonsense comments in the name of judging/giving constructive criticism are a pain in the backside anyway. 😆

Weakest, maybe she is, but let's see what Savio does next week.

Sure bud. I know what you're saying. I, personally, can't say I have ever tried to explain myself to a judge cuz in normal situations (non reality TV competitions), no one does! You do your thing and leave (or atleast in all the competitions I have participated in or attended) and the judges do their thing. I dunno what reality TV etiquette is (as I've seen both ways done in the various shows I've watched), but I didn't think she was rude.
And yes, lets do that! 😊
And nice to meet a fellow American... hope you're on the East Coast... cuz it's way more superior 😉 😆
