Our convo was not abt biasness but the topic was, Well dear they are targetting both, For Online hard core fans they are tweeting pics, promo link also sharing it on FB n YT page, Regarding neutral audience they using Madhubala name to promote there show , See Madhubala is channal's top show even you know that bcoz you are a fan too, Maybe they want more audience for Madhubala as a show, The viewer who don't know Madhubala will go curious to know that why actually they are calling her Madhubala, In this May be they will give the show a try, Like you said its all abt Money n business so channal will do everything which can profit them

First of all to the TM!! Either you are just hell bent on attacking an actress again and again! It seems to me on this forum, even if 1 day there are no bashing/haters topic, other are hell bent on making such topics! Can't u give ur mind a rest even for a day?!!

Coming back to ur topic, use ur common sense, what type of world are we living in?! Each and everyone of us have greed for money, profit and good business. Even applying for jobs, we are asked for references so that people can promote us for a job! For what reason?! So, that it will have an impact on the employer and the employer would see that as profit to his/her company!

Secondly, this is not the first time it is happening!!! Every channel does that! Name one that doesn't!! Every actor who is popular will be taken advantage of by the channel! B.c they see that promoting him/her would not only bring more profit but all will bring a lot more audience who wanna watch what the hype is all about!

Thirdly, I am sick and tired of topics attacking MB/DD everyday. I wish the MODS were here

This forum is about dancing!! So, please for god's sake concentrate on that!! And, if u want to make topics like this just open ONE THREAD!! Why everyday do u have to open another new topic on the same thing?!

IRONICALLY YOU ARE DOING THE SAME THING, GAINING ATTENTION N POPULARITY AND PEOPLE ARE OPENING UP POSTS ON THIS FORUM TO SEE WHAT THE HYPE IS ALL ABOUT!!!

So, don't point fingers on one channel or ONE ACTOR!!! You, I and everyone else mind works the same!! And, each and every reality show uses such kind of tactics sadly!! I don't say I love this type of thing! I hate it!! But, if you gotta watch a show, one has to forget and just enjoy the entertainment and our fav celebs!!

Lastly, if u are so hyper about this kind of stuff, where do ur posts go when Bollywood Celebs come to promote their films on reality shows like this?!! Is is b/c maybe your fav. Bollywood stars are present?! Isn't that the same thing as Bwood celebs are using the channel to promote their films. It goes all round in one complete circle. Everyone is using the other for the sake of money and profit!!

And, Zee TV I have to say is smart b/c it is using the emotional attachment to the audience. That is a very clever strategy as audiences connect more since it realtes to them and contestants dancing there are one of us!! Whereas JDJ is all about celebs and drama and ofcourse the audience feels disconnected!

I disagree...Mona Singh was not the deserving winner that year! she won coz she was a Sony heroine else the deserving winner, Shweta Salve who was a far superior dancer would have won...

Sony too promoted Mona in a big way and then in a later season they brought back Prachi Desai and made her win the show as they were arm twisted by Ekta K to do so-we all know that! I see no reason why Colors shouldnt promote the heroine of their top shows on JDJ...Other contestants , especially Lauren, the kids, and Shweta T and Sid get a lot more face time than drashti on the show. This isnt a charity event being run by Colors that they need to provide a level playing field,...this is a reality show being presented to grab trps and if by promoting Drashti as MB , they increase the channels over all trps, so be it. Infact, IF is guilty of doing the same, Your celebrity index calculation is random and non transparent. Nobody knows how points are calculated and you keep only those celebs on top , who are deemed popular with large fan following even if they are not currently doing any show...so you too are guilty of doing whats best for your forum and what attracts max hits. So lets not talk abt level playing field for all, shall we?

Just my opinion.

And Vijay, it would be great if you prioritise monitoring of this forum which has turned into a major battlefield and specific celeb bashing ground over expressing opinions that further polarise the forum and create even more negativity.

yes some how they r not letting her be herself on the show I feel she is stuck with Madhubala's character ..

and plz no more promos with her .. I wish to see the rest .. since the beginning of the show her promo the first to be aird I know its a promotion way to get the attention but its annoying really

no hard feeling to dreshti nor her fan's but stop the craziness

👏 👏 👏 👏 Bang On . I feel no channel will do social service . All Channels here have come for doing business . Why suddenly Colors is blamed when this going on from years on Star Plus & Zee TV .

I will like to add one more thing . Here JDJ is not promoting Madhubala . JDJ is using Madhubala to promote themselves . As Madhubala is number one show on Colors & is number 4th among all serials . So Madhubala's name is being used .

🤣 Madhubala would never dance like this in a million years. RK would scream WTH off a roof top! And her Saas would have a heart attack! Maybe that is why colors promoted this we're getting to see Drashti in a different avtaar after a really long time. And like it or not Colors will only promote Drashti! 😳

Madhubala is stuck in Character 🤣 🤣 🤣 . Kya hum sab ek hi show dekh rahe hain yah koi aur bhi promo aaya hai 🤣 🤣 .
