First off, I want to say so glad to see classical back on the stage! Its always refreshing to see. And when a guy does it, its even more amazing because you don't see many guys doing pure on classical. So hats off to this little boy!
Akshat and Vaishnavi are young, but I tend to critique classical rather harshly so bear with my comments. 😆 This one picture alone says a lot, but one should never judge until the entire performance is seen. Vaishnavi looks fabulous. But Akshat's mudras are not properly executed by the picture. I don't know how this is going to turn out, but I don't want to judge too early.
Akshat is going to be far better than Malishka anyways. I can't see that woman pull off this Indian Dance Form Theme!
But let's give these two young children a round of applause. 👏
