Not a Karan fan but watch JDJ a neutral viewer for entertainment . I strongly feel the chick Elena is overrated . She hasn't done anything innovative or impressive and I find her choreography lousy too . She is like a show piece on the JDJ sets . Plus being a firangi , she isn't able to deliver Indian emotions aptly as per the lyrics . Girls like Mohena are far better .

Karan may do well if given a better choreographer and he is working hard man , it shows ! Plus he is a young guy , can definitely improve if given better training . What is the use of such unnecessary show off JDJ ?

I feel bad for Karan. I really love him and am supporting him, but I don't think Elena is a good fit for him. She's not utilizing him to his greatest potential. :(

Why did they get her in the first place???? That is what I did not understand😕 Everyone else gets an indian choreographer and he gets stuck with a foreigner!!

Karan could have done far far better if suchitra was his choreo partner.

She is great dancer but in international dance forms. Her footwork is better than all of the other female choreographers. If all the performances were strict international dance forms she would kill it but all the dances except the 2nd one has had lots of bollywood/ indian forms/acting to it and she is definitely lacking in that as it is not her forte. Which is why she is not fit for jhalak. I also think her chemistry is fine with Karan. She just lacks the masala factor that is very much necessary. She is not over-hypered,she is an excellent dancer, a pro choreographer from DWTS Australia. Her performances in DWTS were very nice👍🏼

Firstly choreographing to songs that you don't understand is difficult (like you stated),as she does not understand Hindi. And also the kind of facial expressions and acting you need in order to dance to indian songs , she does not have that for obvious reasons.

I think the channel should've realized that earlier before bringing her in. I definitely don't blame her. I feel bad for her, and for karan and solely blame the channel and producers.
