Prachi Desai is putting her best foot forward, literally, as Ekta Kapoor has warned her that she will visit the sets of Jhalak… without prior notice to check on her

Prachi Desai is under tremendous pressure ever since she started shooting for Sony TV's Jhalak Dikhhla Ja. She is juggling between shooting for Kasamh Se and the dance reality show. Her mentor, Ekta Kapoor has been threatening her protg that she will land up on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Ja any day to check out on her performance. As a result Prachi is always putting her best foot forward, literally, and slogging to give her best, even at the practice sessions.

Everyone knows that Ekta is very fond of Prachi and she was very happy when she was selected for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa along with other celebrities. Now, she wants Parchi to give her best. To ensure that Prachi excels at her performance, Ekta has devised this strategy.

Acknowledging her guru's concern, Prachi said, 'She is a great mentor and she was quite happy when I signed the show. In fact she encourages ma a lot to practice hard so that I shine bright in the show.'

When we asked Ekta about it, she said, 'I plan to visit her sets. Sony asked me to come on the show as a guest but I could not. I want Prachi and Jai Bhanushali to work and reach far on the show. Both kids are from modest backgrounds and need the money. The rest of the celebs have made their moolah. These two have to make their life. I keep threatening Prachi that I will come and see whether she is rehearsing or not, she is always tired after rigorous shooting.'

Ekta went out of her way to change the shooting schedules to make it convenient for both Prachi and Jai to rehearse for the dance contest. Prachi shoots from morning to evening for Kasamh Se and practices for Jhalak… during the night. Jai practices in the morning, so his shooting time for Kayamath has been shifted to evening.

Prachi added, 'Due to the shift in the shooting sessions, we both have been able to cope up with the pressure. Thankfully, we get our schedules are well-planned,' Prachi added.

One of Prachi's friend confirms that Ekta's threat has indeed worked, 'Prachi is always tired after shooting schedules of Kasamh Se but she has taken the contest quite seriously. Everyone is praising Prachi's performance.'

can any1 tell me how old is jai like wat year was he born on 😛 😛 and prachie is my favorite i luv her acting in kasam seh and now i luv her dance in jhalak 👏 👏

Tht's nice of Ekta 2 reschedule so tht both d actors can get time 2 practice. D article doesn't mention anything abt Ronit though 😕

Woww so Ekta Mata wants to b the Mentor of Prachi now in JDJ 😉 😆 😛 ..But good now at least she will give her best in every performance 😃 😃

But I don't understand her reasoning. Prachi and Jay should win because they need to make it big in life? This is a dancing contest.

But anyway it's nice to see her being so supportive.

She is indeed working very hard ! 😃
Felt bad for her after yesterdays performance !
She only got 23 !
