Sanjay Leela Bhansali seems such a mismatch. The only person who fits the bill is Farah khan.

I dont think having Karishma would have helped...you think shes intelligent...i don think so...i think they should have someone like maduri, or may be sri devi who any male actor who is a good dancer too. Basically they wanted a good bollywood actor/actress dancer and i dont know why they chose Shilpa Shetty? she isnt famous for her dance skills or for that matter any skills....

Totally agree.Shilpa is annoying and acts really dumb. There isn't dearth of good actresses/dancers in Bollywood. Wish they had chosen a better/intelligent one.

YEs ! shilpa just looks good. She came to Singapore during the IIFA award show with her mum, who's really fat(no offence).
And then rakshanda Khan on stage during the interval called upon shilpa on stage to say a few words to the Singapore audience but before that
Rakshanda Khan asked her " shilpa what's the secret behind ur perfect figure"...

shilpa replied after hesitating "oh erm inheritance" then she started giggling and we, in the audience were like "what is talking abt??"

Shilpa is a good dancer no doubt. But she's just there for show. Sony just wanted a hot bollywood female celebrity, trying to copy Nach Baliye's Malaika Arora Khan. But Malaika has brains and gave veryyyy interesting suggestions.

SLB is er okkay although he's a much much better director than a judge of a dance competition.

Farah is the only suitable judge who gave the correct comments.

i thought shilpa is far too polite in her comments and not experienced in judging a reality show...i bet she will improve after couple of rounds...

I say that choice of shipa is a bit let down. She is good dancer no doubt, but she is not good at judging ppl who are much more famous than her. 1/2 the participants are senior to her in the entertainment media. She was very reserved to comment anything to them. So half the time she just copied wat SLB & farha were saying. NO GUTs to come up with critisism..

Where as SLB is still ok, as someone mentioned earlier, he was a choreographer before, & i heard that he shadow directs all his songs on screen along with the choreographers. So, i feel he is fine.

Only perfect choice is FARHA here..

shilpa was a bad choice. she doesn't have what it takes to judge a dancing competition. she didn't seem like the one who can do justice to her role, and voice out her opinions without hesitation. sanjay... well, i will reserve my comments about him until i watch him in the next episode or two. needless to say, farah is apt for judging this show. this being her forte, she can come out with perfect judgement.

I agree HariOm. This is the perfect show for Farah Khan to judge (not II2!) Her comments are actually helpful and she understands the different dance forms. As for Shilpa, she's just present to add glamour to the judges' panel. Her comments range from 'wonderful' to 'good effort'.

I've noticed there always has to be one clueless judge !!!..

And I don't like Farah-I think she is too biased..like she was biased to Akaash, and the points which he totally did not deserve..But she gave high points to all the well-known stars such as mona "jassi" singh and Mahesh the Bollywood director...

It was a first episode for shilpa..i feel she will improve alot...
farah was very good..especially telling all male contestant to take care of their hands 😆
SLB..was good too

More than Shilpa, i was disappointed with Sanjay. I was really appalled when he held up 15 for Mahesh saying, "I wanted to give you this" but then gave 10. It was just so...well.....fake. I did feel SLB had a Bollywood bias, whereas Farah was concentrating on the dancing. Keeping in mind his reputation, he should have been more forthright and analytical.

Regarding farah being biased towards Akashdeep, i feel everyone is just jumping to this conclusion because they were dating earlier. Do remember that she at least gave him 6, while the other two gave him only 5! 😆
