Here is the thing I have absolutely nothign against Karan and I adore him to the fullest degree. But it is sad too see the respected judges get blamed. I find them right in their decision.
But to all the people who thought Baichung was favored over Karan today, question!!.......Was Prabhu Deva being biased too? I have a hard time believing some like him who is one of indians most amazing dancers would want to play cheap tricks and give them a lower score than BB and Gauhar.

Nah, he actually gave Karan a 10 so I don't think so.

lol.... 😆
actually marking for karan per se, was pretty much bang on.. however, i fail to see how baichung and gauhar ended up with a tie, when she was so much better..when that comes in, the entire equation becomes off balance.

I agree I did think that Gauhar's Gopala was better than Baichung's Gopala. There was a very small coordination problem in one of his bhangra steps, but I think he held the rythmn really well, and it was neat. Gauhar was sharper in movements. My brother said that the tie was on purpose, I also thought there was something intentional about it. I dont know but something seemed fishy.

well, i would've understood the judges tampering with the marks if they had purposely given gauhar good marks even if she didnt deserve it.. but this i couldn't understand.coz giving her the same marks as baichung is not sensible because baichung has the votes advantage.. hence it would make sense to give her the scores advantage especially when she so clearly deserved it..

No, he neither biased nor unbiased. I rather think he was indifferent. He gave everyone a 10/10. He only have Karan a 9 on one performance, but that's still not a bad score. Maybe it was to break the monotony??? 😆 I don't know, but I definately don't think he was biased.

prabhu deva gave nice and high scores to everyone (he said that from the beginning that he is not there to be harsh on anyone) i have nothing to complain for his markings. He gave what he felt about each performance. He had no favorites or pre-concieved notions about everyone. He gave 9 and 10 to all.

but even if she got the highest marks from judges, she would not win.
This is how it would be if gauhar got highest score;
GK- 3
BB- 2
KSG-1

but it the votes GK got lowest. so the votes would be like this;
GK- 1
BB- 3
KSG- 2

Total;
GK- 3+1= 4
BB- 2+3= 5
KSG- 1+2= 3

So even if she got highest score from judges, she would still be the runner up, baichung would be the winner and karan out. 😭

they did that to make sure karan doesnt end up winning😆
see w/ a tie both gauhar and BB end up getting 3 pts frm the judges, while karan only 1 pt....so no matter how many votes, even with the highest votes, it was not possible for karan to win..

re topic, i thik prabhu was a useless judge...didnt even critique them or anything just gave them all 10s

All judges have been pulled and now not Prabhu also. He was just a Cheif Guest like Judge. He had done such chief judge roles in Chennai reality shows, since he is very kind hearted and easy going , his scores r always higher than the other judges.
As far as JDJ was concerned, he was shocked to see a football player dance so much and hence he went with high marks and also he would have liked sonia's performance. He kept saying about both Karan's and Nicole's performance, style, physique, I think this he realy meant and praised them wholeheartedly....
