JDJ Trophy- Does it Prove Anything?!

Well, at this point, it's quite apparent that KSG will win. Actually, this fact was quite apparent 3 months ago, but I was giving it benefit of the doubt. But will winning the Jhalak trophy prove anything? More importantly, will it prove that Karan can dance?! From the judges marks, and common sense, is is fairly obvious that Karan cannot dance, or at best, that he's a weak dancer. I'm sure that anyone outside the radius of fandom will agree that he does not deserve to win (not against the likes of HK or GK, at least). Will winning the trophy prove that he can dance? No, it won't. The only purpose the Jhalak trophy will serve is that, it will only add fuel to the already brewing backlash against him.

The deserving candidates have been very unfairly cheated out of winning the trophy, therefore the trophy now holds no value. Since it is going to be given to the wrong person, it should rather be considered as a fake bestowal. It won't prove anything, as visible facts cannot be changed by a glitched so called verdict.

An undeserved candidate winning the trophy will just be a visible proof of the viewer's goofed decision.

All opinions are welcome, but I encourage all to make logical arguments without resorting to labelling other's opinions as 'haterz' or 'basherz'.

I absolutely agree with you Rox. Isn't the trophy supposed to go the most deserving candidate ? Alas, I don't see that happening in JDJ. It is quite conclusive that Karan is going to win this "trophy"

it will definitely NOT prove that karan can dance! he CAN'T dance!
probably his crazy fans will get some sort of satisfaction... thats all!

i can speak for myself.. i liked karan before JDJ happnd..i was not his fan but still i liked him as an actor... but now after all this i dont like him... all thanks to his fans... they are so crazy that they cant see anything.... n all the deserving conestants are going one after another because of him! so i guess this is gonna happen to people who were neutral before!

Jhalak trophy proves that the person who gets highest votes will get the trophy even if he is the worst dancer!

there r camps being set up to vote for BB, just like they did w/ prashant and sourabhee of indian idol...there's no way karans fangirls can beat tht..nooooo way!! :D

Manali, I agree. I wonder what satisfaction people derive in watching KSG get humiliated ?

It will only prove that injustice is being carried out by voters. The trophy will automatically lose its shine and its value. It should be in the hand of a contestant that has been consistent in performances week after week, and that has shown growth as a perfomer. Sadly, one such contestant has gone.....

@ Sweetbliss. If talented dancers such as HK can be eliminated due to KSG, than BB doesn't stand a chance. I know that BB has a lot of fans, but KSG has been recieving the highest number of votes throughout the season.
