KARAN SINGH GROVER hits security guard on the sets of Jhalak… for 'disrespecting' his wife!

If sources are to be believed, just a few days back there was major chaos on the sets of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa in Filmistaan, Goregaon. Apparently while Karan Singh Grover, one of the contestants on the show, was rehearsing inside with his skates, his wife Shraddha Nigam paid him a visit on the sets. But the security guard stopped her at the gate and started uttering some rude words which led to a fight. Our source informs, "Shraddha was talking to Karan on the phone when the security guard didn't let Shraddha enter because he didn't recognise her. He was just doing his job as a security guard but he was rude to her. Meanwhile, Karan came to the gate after hearing what the security guard told his wife and bashed the security guard up. The security guard screamed in pain saying,"I'm a 50-year-old man and you are hitting me" and the security union from Filmistaan reached there. Karan tried to sort the matter by offering the security guard some money for his treatment (which the security guard didn't accept) and apologised to him for hitting him because he realised what he had done was wrong.
Shraddha confirmed the news and without divulging too much information, she said, "Yes, Karan overheard what the security guard said and came to the gate. The security guard was badly behaved. It was an attack on my dignity and integrity. No self-respecting individual would bear it. In my lifetime, I've never had such a bad experience with a security guard. What happened was very inappropriate and uncalled for. The production team has taken this matter very seriously."
But what seriousness is she talking about? On asked if the security guard was sacked by the production team after this incident, our source told After Hrs, "No, the security guard hasn't been sacked because it was not his fault. He was just doing his job."
Karan on the other hand has a slightly different story to say. Without elaborating on the exchange of words between the security guard and his wife, all he says is, "I don't want to get into details because it concerns my wife. But it was a matter of integrity. So what if he (security guard) is old, he still cannot be disrespectful to a woman. I come from an Army background and this was completely unacceptable to me. I did go to him to ask for pardon but he pushed my hand away. I didn't go there with the intention of hitting him but I felt he did and said things that were disrespectful. Then, there was a little bit of hitting. I apologised. We were both at fault. The issue got sorted out there. The union guys didn't come but the Jhalak reality team guys were there and there was no money involved in this."
Since no one exactly knows the exact conversation that took place between Shraddha and the security guard (which was overheard by Karan) , we are still wondering what exactly lead to this fight!
