Here is what I think about the Jhalak Contestents

1) Gauhar - the most dramabaaz.. always whining and control freak.. Always thinks that she knows more than the choreographer.. She is not at all a professional

2) Monica - Personally I don't like her, but I think she has conducted herself the best out of all on this show...

3) Shilpa - OK! She still doesn't seem to be taking it seriously..

4) Parul - Seems like a nice person, but not a good dancer

5) Karan - Don't like him.. In fact his muscular body turns me off!! the Buldging arms has steriods all written over.. Guys, just being muscular doesn't make you fit!! Seem to think that he is lot smarter and handsome than others!!

6) Bhaichand - Nice person.. not serious about dancing

7) Hard Kaur - another dramabaaz!!

For me on this show - I pick the people in following order - Monica is the best, then Shilpa, then Bhaichand, Hard Kaur, Gauhar and Karan

From the choreographers - Savio, Deepak, Javed and Nicole are the best!!

Wow I can see you have a lot of criticism for the contestants.

Personally I don't mind any of them, I'll admit though at times Gauhars attitude did bug me.

As for Karan..I personally don't feel that he thinks he's better looking and smarter than the rest of the contestants. Actually as far as I know, he's always said the competition level is high for him..and has never said he's better than any of the other contestants. As for his looks, well like they say beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.
