" Dancing with the feet is one thing, but dancing with the heart is another. "

Firstly , Another beautifully written post Chandramukhi👏

Isha is just one of those dancers who dance with their hearts and with passion and dedication and I have always admired Isha for the love and respect she carries for dance. She has been an outstanding contestant in JDJ5 and has given us some beautiful performances. JDJ5 will always be remembered for a Jodi named Salman-Isha who were always amongst the best. All the very best to Isha and Salman for the future in their respective careers and also a Get well soon for Isha.😃

You are a brave woman Isha.. RESPECT..PERIOD.👍🏼

Dancing in all its forms cannot be excluded from the curriculum of all noble education; dancing with the feet, with ideas, with words, and, need I add that one must also be able to dance with the pen?

awsum post chandu...(shud i call u that)...only isha types dancer can write full marks in history of jhalak for 11 weeks...

even i felt bad wen i heard that isha is no more a part of jhalak becoz of her face injury...there are many ppl who want her to dance with her injury as they r ready to accpt her as she is coz for them nobody can defeat her...but its quite obvious that an actor whose face is everything for them as just for there face thy can get fame is not feeling comfortable to face the world...i can understand her n still feel that she must recover soon so that i can see her more in other dance show as this is not a end...

yes agree iwth u that only ish can teach us that body can be mold...u wont believe but i'm also a dancer...i tried many at times to dance like isha but failed but yet i keep on trying coz if this girl can dance with one hand y cant i dance with two hands...she become my inspiration...

well chuck bout ppl...they dont understand some dance forms for that reason they keep on bashing her...yes even i got angry but then i understood then either put ur point or just be mum...coz nobody can make this fan understand the logic...

atlast want to say thxs for making this post...hope we all meet again to cheers isha

Yes you can call me Chandu 😊

About her dancing, definitely she danced with her heart. And after her solstorm performance, I like what she had to say that dancing is an expression and could be done in any way and any form.

And I didn't know you were a dancer. I am sure with hard work and dedication you will reach and get better and who knows even better than her 😛

@bold: Seriously yaar, it was pathetic to see people undermine someone's talent cuz for the heck of it.

Chandramukhi, nice topic. I wish we could summarise all the contestants journeys in JDJ5 with an open mind, their strengths and their weaknesses.

I posted this in another topic a few days ago so I'll just copy-paste it here. It's somewhat relevant to this but I'll post the link of the original post so that you know what context I was talking about [especially '... Isha gets nothing but a pat on the back' part so reading this post in that context might help understand this post better]:

[Quote=Me_Anonymous]*Feel free to disagree but don't expect a reply*

My
2 cents about Isha's participation in JDJ5:

JDJ5 will always be remembered and associated with Isha. No matter who the winner is. It will always by synonymous with Isha Sharvani. Whether it's for her performances, her acrobatics/stretching, her aerial skills, her bad luck, the use of Veto, people bashing her, people praising her... etc

Whenever JDJ5 is mentioned only Isha will be the one mentioned and remembered the most. Some might not like to hear it but it's the truth.

For example, I didn't watch JDJ2-4 and I know of plenty of other people who didn't follow JDJ earlier seasons either, but majority know and remember Sushant was in JDJ4, Prachi in JDJ2 - not because Prachi was a winner or Sushant was not the winner but purely because of all the hoopla surrounding these two. Even Gauhar and Hard Kaur are mentioned more than the actual winner. JDJ1 is remembered because of Shveta (the runner-up) not Mona (the winner).

I watched this one episode of Law & Order (US) long ago where Julia Roberts was a guest star. Her character had this line:

'Poeple won't care what you did, who you slept with on Tuesday [in reference to something that happened in that episode], people won't know you. They'll know me because my name will be on that building. They won't know how it got there [by lying on the stand (in court), blackmailing and sleeping with influential people], but they'll know me. So whether you lie or tell the truth or think that I and you know the truth and that's enough, it doesn't really matter.'

It was on the same line of thought. I can't recall word-to-word dialogue. But after I watched this, it got me thinking and it's true. Even in JDJ5, this season will always be synonymous with Isha.

I am not saying all these remaining contestants aren't good enough. They are - they are in semi-finals based on scores and voting so they must have done something right. It's just that all the hoopla around Isha is overshadowing them.

So bottom line: who cares about the winner? A few years down the line, a decade down the line, the winner won't really be remembered but Isha - due to all the controversies/hate/love/like/dislike etc will be.

Is she a dancer or not a good dancer, few years down the line no one will really care.

So depends what one cares about: being famous and being remembered or becoming the winner and being forgotten a few years down the line?

* please don't take this post as praising or bashing Isha or any other celeb, this post is just my observation comparing previous JDJ seasons and other shows/real-life events*

she is the SHINING STAR of JDJ ---- /@@ You said everything so not much that I can add to it ANYWAYS --- / @ but I have seen ISHA performing live in Pennsylvania, USA for a Temple --- her aerial ring ACT _-- / @@ MIND-BLOWING _- / @@ In JDJ, she was one of the best dancers --- but i just can't think of anyone who dance better than Madhuri (who is associated with JDJ) / @

@blue: Well said my friend, I agree completely👍🏼

@bold: Being sarcastic, having fun at someone's expense is fine as long as it is done in limit, but bashing or getting personal is something that will always go over my head
I like what Khamossh had to say about this:

What irks me is that r we so used to mediocrity that some of us are deliberately undermining and bashing someone of Isha's calibre ? It's perfectly OK for ppl not to like her performance and dancing, but to belittle her talent just for the heck of it, is beyond me!
