Bharti and GC are actually PERFORMING to be judged. They get low scores, but lots of votes. That is the format of the show since the scores + votes are weighted 50%-50% each. Sure other contestants may be better dancers/performers than them...and may be getting prematurely eliminated because their vote bank isn't that strong, but that is the game. There is no reality show that exists where some undeserving contestants don't advance over talanted ones. But fact of the matter is, they are performing for votes + scores.

Isha on the other hand is getting saved despite NOT performing ...not because she performed and got low scores + high votes. Its fine if it happens once, but 2 straight weeks?? On top of that the judges VETO her elimination despite the fact that she is so injured that she can't perform? No the gracious thing to do at this point would be to bow out like Pratyusha did.

As for the Salman performing comment...no Jaymz could have given a solo performance & it would have been just as entertaining. Letting Salman perform with him is unfair plain and simple. He didn't get scores but Isha asked for votes immediately afterwards correct? People will remember that oh we should vote for Salman's performance...

If its fair for Salman to perform even a duet for "entertainment" then why was Deepak not allowed to perform when Pratyusha couldn't for entertainment?

@ blue, you see this is how you saw it, everyone sees the scenario differently, what I saw was that they didn't perform thus no scores, but can be saved by votes. I am not saying what you saw is wrong, but then not everyone will see it from that perspective. You view can be the view of some but not all.

I agree with everything else you said, voting, saved, lost deserving contestants, fair/unfair, but format of the show. Same way VETO is the format of the show whether you agree with judges' decision or not. And as I mentioned to Dex, may be Isha is bound by contract, channel will use her to get any money they can get, after all, all these weeks, she has been saved by votes. I am simply giving you another scenario as to why she might not have quit (Not that it bothers me😆)

Since all my statements are based on format of the show, I will think that Pratyashu was voted out and that's what has been told to us. So there wasn't any chance of Deepak performing or Pratyashu getting a week off.

About others' injuries and why they haven't got the same chance, I already explained my POV. Even Isha/Salman were sick with high fever for couple of days, even then they performed and if is was possible for Isha, she would have performed as well than rely on votes or VETO power.

About VETO and why it was used on Isha, ask Judges or the makers, I have no hand in it what so ever 😃

this is very unfair to the other contestants.she should just quit.i would say the same thing if it was my favourite contestant who was hurt.no one should be allowed to get a direct ticket to the semi finals while the other contestants work hard all week and she doesnt.she hasnt performed for 2 weeks.that is four performances.while the others has to perform

And I say WCs are unfair deal to other contestants who are here from day 1 and I think it was very easy for them to enter TOP 5 than the eliminated contestants having given more performances than WCs. But then you'll say that's the format, so I'll say so it VETO. It has been used in the past seasons and now it being used here.

And this is for Dexterkilaila (nice name 😆) You were talking about contracts. I think all the contracts must have come with the fine print of "on judges discretion or producers right to modify" etc etc. So if the show doesn't go based on the contract, I am sure any contestant would be the first to sue the producers. And it hasn't happened, so I have to think of such clause added to everyone's contract. Such fine prints are part of any contract especially when it comes to taking the precedence of any decision making.

I know where you all are coming from, whoever is against this VETO thing, that you think it is unfair. One way or another, for everyone there will be something which is unfair part of this show. So we all need to accept it and move on.

Now I am done, I have put forward the thoughts I have regarding this VETO thing. Even then if you can't see my POV, I'll agree to disagree with you.

I didn't say the VETO power is not part of the format of the show or that it was your choice to pick who it would be used for. 😆 But I was simply saying it's unfair to let a person not perform for 2 straight weeks and use a Veto power to save them...especially at THIS stage of the competition where we've reached the last few weeks. Do you know if Isha perform for this veto power to be used? Because from what I'm understanding the judges basically said...okay we're vetoing your elimnation so you can go straight to the semi-final...which is unfair in my books.

I can't imagine the channel forcing Isha to stay in the competition beased on her contract honestly.

If not you, then it must be dex, you see my brain is saturated now with all the comments, so I apologize if it seemed targeted at you. I don't know how I got tangled into all these arguments It sucks trying to defend your views, very time consuming 😆😆

Anyways, I don't know the technicalities of what happened, all I see is that article and things which were mentioned to me at Isha AT about the show being scripted and all. Don't know the details.

See last season the veto was used to save Sushant + Yana both from elimination. What they used to do the previous seasons was the bottom 2 contestants would perform one last time to be saved from elimination in a "face-off." The judges would pick who to save from that performance. Sushant had severe back pain the week before so did not perform and got 0/60. He landed in the bottom along with Salman-Yana. Both performed in the face-off and the judges could not decide who to save so used the veto power to save both.

I'm okay if the judges use the veto power for Isha provided she performs like Sushant had done...but if the judges use it just like that to give her a direct entry to the semifinals then yeah I think it's unfair.

I don't know how they are doing it this season. But hey it's their discretion and they will do what they feel like. I don't think they like to calculate and play the fair game. So everything is fair in love and JDJ as long as they are making the big bucks.

i hate isha. she was so stupid. hate all her movies. her dancing style sucks. she should just get kicked out of jalak.
