Mainly because generally public, no offense, have no sense of the different dance forms to be able to judge these acts. You may agree or disagree but I really think they're basically judged not by the judges on the show but people voting. People voting are deciding the fate of these stars, whether they're exceptional or disasters!
This is exactly what happened with this weekends eliminations - Shibani was more deserving than not just Bharti, but also Karan, Gurmeet and in some sense, Darsheel too. But it's how the game is, one by one all will go - whether they deserve or not.
As for Bharti, I LOVED what Karan said - she is THE entertainment of this show and without her JDJ is Boring with a capital B and there's really no denying that.

This is a competition. What's the point of a competition if u don't get what u deserve??? This is not a competition anymore, but an unfair game manipulated by public emotions.
