I am happy that Shibani is safe!! Gia is an average performer!! I dont like any performance of Gia except an ariel act!! I think she get less votes then shibani and bharti for sure!! But still I feel bad for her, she left SNS because of JDJ!! Hope to see her back on TV

Shibani has performed better than Gia throughout the season. Gia had a huge fan following but Shibani must have picked up a huge fan base as well in these two months. She may have pulled in a bunch of votes when people realized she was at risk for elimination.

I'm sure Gia will be fine in her future endeavors and we'll see her again in Colors. But Shibani deserves to keep going.

yes it's scripted, they all, the celebrities, have contracts with jdj. Giaa's ran out that's why she is eliminated.

Star Plus is not going to see Giaa's elimination as her having less support

When we were calling Uday Shankar CEO of Star Plus, in the first 2 week's of Giaa's replacement he said that Giaa Manek was tied to a 2 month contract with Jhalak dikhla jaa, at the time we all thought that is the length of the show, but then the first few weeks nobody was eliminated and then they introduced more people in the show and instead of the group getting smaller we have as big a group as from the beginning of the show, 2 months has arrived 16th June 2012 to 15th August 2012 and Giaa Manek is eliminated, last week some people even sent 300 SMS votes, now I'm thinking of that 2 months contract with Giaa and what that has to do with the elimination rather then the votes she received on Sunday.

Now to Mr Uday Shankar, don't you think that excuse of her being tied to a contract and her not being able to come back to Star Plus whilst she was in that contract should give us hope now?

Don't feel your hopes are dashed that she didn't win or progress to the final of jdj, feel instead okay it's scripted and her contract was for 2 months and she is out because of that. Therefore, Star Plus is not going to see this as Giaa has less support that's why she is out of the show. Rather, they will see it as her contract finishing with that employer, so we should now go back to Uday Shankar and remind him that he said he could do nothing about bringing Giaa back because of the that contract with jdj, that had her tied to Colors.

It is quite clear it is all about the contestant's popularity. If the contestant is absent, the fans are not going to continue, which mean losing eyeballs or TRPs. Who wants the best dancer? No one. The show wants people to watch the show, that's all. That's when they make the money when more advertisers advertise during popular shows.

So, no matter how badly some popular contestants will perform, the judges will do their duty to keep them in the play.

Yep. Same for any reality show in the world, from Survivor to Amazing Race to Idols to Dance Contests 😆

This of course means that Giaa knew exactly what her contract with JDJ/Colors entailed and she went ahead and signed it. She was happy with it. I see there is talk already that her contract with them was only for 2 months.

So why all the hate towards Colors/JDJ now that she is eliminated? 😕

This is new news for me!! I don't get it them why did Gia leave SNS for just 2 months contract and do you think Uday, the CEO will take her back to SNS?? 😕

Haha, to be very honest with you, up until the wildcard, Manish Paul and Bharti were the only entertainment quotients of the show. The other contestants seemed to just be plain boring, which made it less exciting to watch JDJ! This has been the worst Jhalak season probably, but after the wildcard, with dancers like Rithvik, Rashmi and Karan coming in, it definitely has become way more exciting. However, Bharti is STILL the most entertaining person on the show, which is why they aren't going to eliminate her soon, or shouldn't.

I know this is a dance show, and dance should first be considered, but Bharti is improving as well, and trying new and tough things, turning from a non-dancer to a dancer + she is amazingly entertaining, so it won't be worth it eliminating her because the show will actually become REALLY boring!

😆 anyway, in reference to your topic, ALL reality shows are scripted! We can never trust these channel producers. They have already decided the winner. The votes are usually disregarded, so whatever, just try and enjoy the show because it's not worth contemplating over why/ how they have planned to end the show.

if the contract is only for 2 months, thn y th hell did she leave her successful show for it? tht means she decided to leave anyways and not illtreated by th SP as her fans claimd.

but it was a very foolish decision of her,IMO. she's not tht gud as a dancer either.
