Yup GC is a good actor and very very hard working. his talent in so many areas does clearly shine through.

But for me he his role as MSK will always be my fav he was just FANTASTIC! I would love to see him in a negative role I think he would ROCK as a villain. I do hope that KJ sees the serious potential in him as we see and takes him on cos GC would be fab in Bollywood!!

I love the fact that he is bold daring to take different generes of role and prove himdelf. We all know based on population the Mills and Boon Romeo Juliet is every viewers apple of eye but to move away from that and try something different takes talent and guts. We all know guru will be the top hit in another Romeo Juliet Barbracartland type show .His Rumbha act with Shampa took Karan johar the Romance guru director by surprise what else their is to say..

GC started his stint with a negative role got recognised and Ramayan happened...with Ramayan he got recognition, but GHSP catapulted him to TV stardom, he rocked as MSK, this fact cannot be refuted...PV I will not comment since I do not watch it...but in JDJ after the innitial lax he is really put in a lot of hard work and is now doing a good job...whether he wins or looses it does not matter...his hard work shines through and am sure thats what is going to help him in going places..

Gurmeet became a household face with his first show Ramayan but it was his MSK avataar in Geet that catapulted him to superstardom as he created mass hysteria across the world with that role and the fiery-never-before-seen onscreen chemistry with his co -star... His next show, PV , sorry to say reduced his female fan base as a lot of us, I included, gave up on him , coz we couldnt relate to him going from being a cool dude hearthrob to a soapy saas bahu bhai sahab..

But thank God for JDJ!! Our hearthrob is back!!!

We all know the dude is extremely hard working.. he is the kind who meets challenges head on! so after the initial 2-3 below par performances we saw GC pick himself up, put in those hours, and slay the judges with all his performances subsequently!! The guy has a great body, good looks ( tnx God, he has got back the mousche and the stubble!) and whilst not being the worlds greatest dancer is defo one of the most hard working ones! Result-Perfect scores!

i should also not take away from the fact that he has one of the best choreographers on JDJ. Shampa is great! very creative, great dancer, tarined in both indian and western forms and above all intelligent enuf to play to GCs strengths.

JDJ was GC's best move!! More than his current show, its JDJ that will get him those film offers and national fame and a bigger fan base.
